The war itself is a crime, and no one has yet managed to fight in white gloves. But the responsibility for the war, as a rule, bears the aggressor. In World War II, these were Germany and Japan. And despite all the horror that humanity has experienced after the use of nuclear weapons, the horror that now, after decades, makes the leading powers of the world fight its widespread - no one had no doubt about the root cause of the war.

The same applies to the war in Vietnam. By and large, its beginning is comparable to what the Kremlin is doing in the Donbass today. Unable to destroy the statehood of South Vietnam, Moscow and Beijing, with the help of their Severovyatnamsk puppets, arranged terror in the south of the country and organized partisan detachments from local mercenaries and Severovetnemic soldiers. The main goal of the killers was not to let South Vietnam develop normally, to sow the fear and uncertainty in the souls of its inhabitants, to promote the marginalization of state institutions.

And it must be admitted that this goal was achieved: the civilized world lost that war. And his main defeat is that he could not protect South Vietnam from North aggression, depriving the future of millions of people not only in Vietnam, but in all Indochina. This led to the death of not thousands, but millions of people in the "communist" Cambodia, the tragedy of Laos, the war of China and Vietnam ... And all this has not yet ended, because the end of the war in favor of the Communists gives them the opportunity to rule without fear of retribution. But at the same time, one should not forget that the United States never hid that they were fighting on the side of their ally - the Republic of Vietnam.

And Russia is fighting like a tape in the night. Fights the same way as communist Vietnam. He sends volunteers, gives weapons, knocks down the planes - but pretends that there is no and cannot be in the Donbass. And the idea of ​​the Boeing International Tribunal is to punish those who commit crimes without recognizing their direct responsibility for them. This should be a process not just against murder and war. It should be a process against lies.

And you can’t show such a process.
