State Duma deputy Andrei Savelyev, the closest ally of one of the founders of the "Motherland" of Dmitry Rogozin, creates a party. As the Vedomosti writes on Friday, the congress of the new batch is scheduled for mid -April. According to the newspaper, the party’s platform will be national -patriotic, on the basis of the manifestation of the Renaissance of Russia, adopted by the Congress of Russian communities (KRO) in 1996, and the Russian Pravda - the resolution of the Russian march organizing committee.
"Activists of the Congress of Russian communities and" homeland "who did not tarnish themselves with manipulations that destroyed the party were invited to the congress," says Savelyev. The composition of the organizing committee is still classified - Savelyev explains this to "possible repressions." According to him, members of the Presidium of KRO were included in the organizing committee. Among them there are State Duma deputies.
A close friend of Savelyev, Chairman of KRO Dmitry Rogozin, said he fully supports the undertaking and help with the organization of the party, and will decide whether to enter it before the elections. "The composition of the organizing committee and the name will be approved on Monday. The name is very original," cooler than the homeland ", it will give one 5 percent of the vote," Rogozin believes.
Representatives of the movement against illegal immigration can also enter the new structure. In the near future, activists will discuss cooperation options. The leader of the movement Alexander Belov supports the initiative, but has not yet made his choice.
Saveliev hopes that the party will be able to take part in the parliamentary elections. Meanwhile, experts doubt that in case of admission to the elections, she will be able to overcome the seven percent threshold. “In the past elections, the patriots could choose“ homeland ”, now there is no such structure,” said the expert VTsIOM Leonty Byzov. “Nationalist sentiments are strong, but many are not ready to vote for the right -wing part, so Savelyev’s electorate is 3-4 percent. They can’t go to the State Duma, but the nationalists will be radicalized without a parliamentary struggle, according to the Byzov.
“On the example of the Motherland, the Kremlin realized how it is dangerous to play a nationalist map, the new party would have to act outside the parliament, and when the society is demobilized, it is easy to provoke the riots,” says political scientist Yuri Korgunyuk.
Meanwhile, according to the Belorussian Internet publication, the telegraph, Rogozin said that he was ready to give way to the head of the new party to the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, with whom negotiations are supposedly underway. The press secretary of the Belarusian president Pavel Light said that Lukashenko had not yet received an invitation. “But if it acts, it is difficult for me to predict the president’s reaction,” said the easy.
The administration of Lukashenko, in turn, stated that "by the law of Alexander Lukashenko, there could be a member of any of the Belarusian parties, but no restrictions are provided for parties of other countries."
In the fall of 2006, Dmitry Rogozin announced his intention to revive the congress of Russian communities. It should include members of the "Motherland" who do not want to join "fair Russia", as well as figures of movement against illegal immigration and some other national-patriotic organizations.
