All on half -tones. Zakayev wanted to kill, but this is not the Kremlin, as you probably thought, this is Kadyrov. The suspect in the organization of the attempt was detained, but they can be released and sent. We know his name, but we will not say, but let's call it: E1, the father of six children, 45 years old, from Chechnya. Strictly speaking, this is GOSTain, but in order to exclude information on this topic, the English intelligence services shared with Sunday Telegraph.
In general, a mysterious story.
In addition, it is known about this nameless citizen that he was not at all hidden from British justice. On the contrary, deprived of the right to enter England and separated from his family, E1 himself arrived at Khitrov Airport, where he was detained and transferred to the center for the deported. The resolution of the Tribunal says that since 2008 he "acts in the interests of Kadyrov", whom the Mi-5 employees consider the customer of a number of crimes, including the murder of Umar Israilov in Vienna, and the subject to the deportation was declared involved in this murder.
Nevertheless, they are going to send it not to Austria, but, as you can understand, to Russia. Basic: the threat of national security and the life of Zakayev. However, having filed a lawsuit in the court of appeal, E1 achieved the right to revise the sentence. The court decision says that it may remain in the UK, disputing the previous decision. That is, to petition not only about release, but also about obtaining a residence permit.
What can all this mean?
This is probably what. Mi-5 has indirect evidence, but there is no direct evidence. Such amazing orders in this country: state security organs cannot affect the bodies of justice. Worse than that. Clearly imagining how they have a court, special services allow in advance the possibility of defeat and try to make life easier, sending a suspect from the UK. But here they fail, because he again enters the country, trying to reunite with his family, and appeals the decision of the previous instances. By the way, the Minister of the Interior himself, as well as the special commission on immigration appeals.
Wildness? From the point of view of any special services, even the counterintelligence of Her Majesty, this is probably not good: to provide so many rights to a person who is accused of terrorism. And here the special services go to the "unprecedented", as the newspaper says: they appeal to the public, telling the press the details of the case of the deportation of the father of six children. However, if we consider this problem exclusively in legal terms, then nothing special happens. The suspect is not yet a criminal, and he has the right to seek justice in all authorities, how many of them are in the United Kingdom. He can even defeat, like the famous Kate Zatuliteter.
Distance looks different. When a foreign state who has returned from a business trip, having a residence permit in Russia, suddenly sends from the country and no court in this country, including the constitutional, will never explain to her what it was guilty of. Distance is when, after a couple of years, they suddenly offer her quietly to get Russian citizenship and quietly return to Moscow. And then, three more years later, Natalya Morar finally returns to the Russian Federation, and it turns out that she does not pose any danger to the regime. Although, according to rumors, leaked to newspapers, she dreamed of overthrowing our legitimate power by violent methods and threatened the security of the state.
As for the fate of the E1, it can work out differently. If the "organs" are mistaken (and this happens in England, unlike some other countries), then it will reunite with the family in the British capital. If the accusations made against him Mi-5 will be considered serious, then he will not be able to settle in London, although his story will still raise questions. It is strange, it is true: with such a bouquet of accusations - and at large. What will doubt it will be more difficult - so this is in the involvement of Ramzan Kadyrov in crimes committed in different parts of the planet. But he is not eager to get a residence permit in Britain, and here independent observers can only be amazed at the wisdom and foresight of the head of Chechnya, not to mention patriotism.
