The legislative itch of our parliamentarians, like a fungus, does not pass in itself. It must be treated.

Before the holidays, it seemed: well, a little more, and the Duma will be tired, composing laws and by -laws of their use. But it wasn’t there.

*** The law "On the protection of children from information causing harm to their health and development" in terms of intentions seems the least malicious and even the good of those that parliamentarians have been introduced in recent months. But this is only at first glance.

The idea to minimize the level of cruelty and some prohibitive immorality on the body itself is not bad. Who would mind. But how to put it to life?

The implementation began with the labeling of television products by installing a qualifier for young citizens. And it immediately became funny: the rumor spread that the cartoon "Well, wait a minute!" Due to the unworthy behavior of the wolf that smokes. This has become perhaps the most exciting theme in the media. But thanks to Gennady Onishchenko: in one of his interviews, he allowed the popular character inappropriate behavior. Moreover, he approved, since the wolf is a bad person. The explosion of laughter followed. Then the leadership of Roskomnadzor made an explanation no less comic: the wolf can calmly smoke in public places, since it is a "national treasure."

And in general, as follows from other clarifications, “national property” can afford more than the rest of the literary heroes. In particular, citizen Karenin does not fall under the updated law on the protection of children, so she will be allowed to smoke a narcotic cigarette on the television screen.

But the heroes of the "War and the World" were less fortunate. On the threshold of the film, which will be shown on the first channel in this and the next Sunday, there is a 16+ warning mark. What can so harm the health of a young man who enters into life, the filmed novel by the great writer of the Russian land, I can not imagine. Entering the role of Onishchenko, mentally leaf through the personnel of an exemplary film adaptation. Well, yes, a 15-year-old teenager will probably be embarrassed, Helen's frank neckline. As they were embarrassed by Pierre Bezukhov, not very young in the film. Also, the lad can lead to a mental confusion of the scene, where a positive Pierre gets drunk to unconsciousness.

But the full "alles Kaput" came to me when I saw "16+" before the comedy "Tiger Timing". And the teenager does not dare to watch this film?

Mr. Roskomnadzor rejects: "This is not us. These are they are broadcasters." And he explains: "This is either a marketing move on their part or a pure reinsurance."

Why "or"? This is both. Here is the fright of television companies, here is the opportunity to somewhat expand the audience at the expense of those to the defense of whom this soul -saving and at the same time rating -intensive law is aimed. After all, the forbidden fruit is sweet. Especially for adolescents that are rapidly ripening in our time. Moreover, nobody costs nothing to do with it.

But there is no marking sign before the program “great to live”, where in sufficient detail it is told about the material and telephone bottom, that during the orgasm to restrain the farting, that the vaginal flora smells of fish. The law on the protection of children from harmful information is a tool that is easy to reprofile for more wide use. But first it needs to be debugged, checked in practice.

This is not to say that lawmakers, performers, and broadcasters will not meet with difficulties along this path.

Legislators have already prescribed that 16+ marking programs can be shown after 21.30. Then it turns out that the most rating show "Let them say" will be shown in less than the primary time. And this is the loss of advertising money that trouble is trouble for. Yes, and for legislators it is not good, since it is they who are especially interested in this site. It is on it that they glow more often than others, draw and demonstrate their political need.

It turns out something like a vicious circle. The more dangerous for the children's psyche and universal morality the garbage show Andrei Malakhov, the more popular it is. The more popular it is, the more necessary show business and show politics for closer communication with its electorate.

So at least for the future of Malakhov, I am calm. Moreover, this Saturday, he is aired with the new show "Tonight", for which children under 16 years of age are strictly prohibited.
