There is only one playground for walking and training dogs in the millionth Voronezh. Entrance to it recently cost from three hundred rubles a year. After discussion in the media of its monopoly, the fee was temporarily canceled. At the Voronezh forums, a heated discussion about this has already broken out. Animal lovers offer the deputies themselves to go to the toilet on the other side of the city in the morning and express their confidence that neither cats nor dogs will simply bring their needs to the “allocated territories”.

Cynologists have counted 2.5-3 thousand registered dogs in the city and believe that there are an order of magnitude more unregistered dogs. The only hectare-sized cynological site will not be able to accept everyone, with all the will; such sites should not only be in every district, but in every quarter!

Where to get free territories and an army of guards for violators of the new law, who will probably “walk the dog” along familiar sidewalks and parks, the deputies have not yet determined. But they obliged all animal lovers to take gloves and scoops with them for a walk. City officials are ordered to find places - this is what the law says. And district police officers could punish citizens for violations by issuing fines. The amount of fines has not yet been determined, but the deputies have tentatively named their order: up to one and a half thousand rubles.

The police responded to this in the following way: now, on the contrary, they are beginning to free us from unnecessary functions, and watching the dogs is out of the question!
