An underground fire was recorded in the Kuzbass Gramoteinskoye mine on Monday night, ITAR-TASS reports.
According to the Kemerovo Regional Department for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations, after receiving a signal about a fire, all 68 miners who were underground were evacuated. There are no victims.
Mining operations at the enterprise, located in the city of Belov, have been stopped. Rescuers take measures to eliminate the consequences of the fire. A special commission is investigating the causes of the incident.
