We can say: everything that happens in South Ossetia is caused by the conscious policy of the Russian leadership. Only consciousness is not higher than the ideas of the bazaar "bull" about strength and justice. For the third month, in Tskhinval, mass unrest has been taking place, caused by the impudent desire of the authorities to cancel the results of the presidential election in the republic. In this case, the authorities, in the person of the omnipotent, despite the resignation, Eduard Kokoita, and the Moscow, sending "looking" from the administration of Medvedev, who are trying to "correct" the will of voters.
And now Alla Gioeva, who certainly won the elections in November and was supposed to conduct an inauguration today, on February 10, lies in intensive care with a partial paresis of the left side due to a stroke. The stroke occurred yesterday, when the armed Kokotovites burst into her private house, given to the election headquarters (in the small republic, the former president created the state preservation service) and one of them, according to eyewitnesses, hit the elderly woman, Honored Teacher Alla Dzhioeva Podozda. I was in this house a couple of months ago, I talked with Alla Alekseevna and quite imagine yesterday's "assault".
She became a victim of political customs cultivated in Russia and spread around. I got into this meat grinder when, against it, the Minister of Education of RUO, they opened an absurd business to solve their clan issues. Then, already in September last year, Dzhioeva became a trustee of Dzambolat Tedeeev, the head coach of the Russian team in freestyle wrestling and the authoritative opponent of the then president.
Coccutes under the pressure of Moscow were forced to refuse to go to the third - unconstitutional - deadline and wanted to put on the exempted post of an obedient person. But Tedeev, under the leadership of which the cocoys once began his career as a businessman and racketeer, would hardly have to listen to him. And Tedeev was refused registration, and Gioeva turned out to be a candidate from his team.
She scored more votes in the first round of the November elections than most of the 10 candidates, and Anatoly Bibilov, the head of the Ministry of Emergencies and the Coquitan Coquitan in dark history with the disappearance of millions of rubles during hostilities in August 2008, won the second round. The election and observers (and they, in the republic recognized only by Russia, were understandable at first) at first no violations noticed what they told the press about, but a couple of days after the shout from the Old Square, the elections were declared invalid due to violations.
Outraged voters, including those who did not vote behind Gioev, went to the Maidan. Gioeva turned into a people's leader, gathering everyone dissatisfied with poverty, obvious theft and repression. For several weeks, the southerners unusual for early frosts lived in tents, until officials who came from Moscow raised the situation. Kokoita seemed to make concessions, transferring power to the acting President Vadim Brovtsev until new elections scheduled for March 25. They seemed to be allowed to Gioev - in exchange for a promise not to declare himself the elected president.
Of course, all the promises of Kokoita and his patrons were broken. Gioeva came to Moscow, swore allegiance to Putin, tried to break through to Medvedev, but this did not help. Moscow, reasoning from experience in a turn in the Russian regions, decided that, having won the time, the authorities would gain strength (although Brovtsev, a small construction fuel from the South Ural Lake, did not look like strength). And after Gioeva was outraged by violation of the agreements, the manual parliament adopted a law under which presidential candidates cannot be previously convicted. And of all the candidates, this applies only to Gioeva. And Dmitry Medoev, the ambassador of South Ossetia in Moscow, moved to the presidency.
Then Alla Gioeva and appointed the inauguration for today. And today, as I just recognized by phone, no one is allowed to the hospital guarded by armed people in camouflage under the guidance of advisers from the Russian FSB. In Moscow, FSB investigators interrogate its supporters. The road from Vladikavkaz to Tskhinval is blocked, journalists are not allowed. The avalanche, which the authorities refer to, is easy to arrange on the Rock Pass - the guns there are not in vain there.
And according to the "Echo of Moscow" Anatoly Bibilov habitually lies that "no one will hit a woman in the Caucasus." Witnesses talk about a broken collar. The people went out on the street, but troops went out there, the detention of the opposition activists are going on. Bibilov says that "everything is calm", but bayonets are an unreliable foundation of power.
The Moscow authorities habitually repeat these stupid mistakes in the Caucasus for two hundred years. It itself creates opponents, pulling the peoples. Creates dead ends, of which the output is only destructive. Why did you need to cling to Kokoitovsky click - after all, there are no Bastard politicians in Tskhinval?
The explanations are two, both are correct. The first: they plundered 26 billion out of 41 billion of the help that Russia sent after the “August of the eighth” of the year (by the way, the film of the same name is just released to Russian screens - to raise a patriotic wave for Putin’s elections). And now those who participated in the cut (and these are officials from the Medvedev administration) cannot allow anyone to be investigated. And the second explanation: Kokoita knows too much about provocations of 2008 (and earlier). Their goal was a big policy - to prevent Georgia to enter NATO. Therefore, Moscow is going on about a person with whom he cannot part.
