Firsov later accused the press service of the oligarch of lies, posting a photo of his agenda for interrogation to the Prosecutor General’s Office on Facebook. The oligarch was interrogated for 6 hours as a witness in the case of financing the Donbass terrorists. Among the defendants in the case were called the deputy of the Rada from the opposition bloc Natalya Royal and the former deputy from the Party of Regions Alexander Efremov.

At the same time, on April 15, the Chairman of the SBU Valentin Nalivaichenko stated that neither his department nor the Prosecutor General’s Office had “serious comments” for Akhmetov.

Meanwhile, on April 23, as reported by Ukrainian Pravda, the Verkhovna Rada began a rally of miners. BPP deputy Irina Gerashchenko said that Akhmetov is behind the protests.
