Ruslan Mirza, who is one of the victims of the anti -fascist Alexei Sutuga, previously appeared in the same status in other matters aroused against left -wing activists. According to Kasparov.ru, it turned out during the interrogation of Mirza in the stooping process. On Tuesday, the judge of the Zamoskvoretsky district court of Moscow Elena Korobchenko began consideration of the case of an anti -fascist on the merits.
Initially, answering the questions of the lawyer Vladimir Samokhin, Mirza said that he only once acted as a witness at the trial of the anti -fascists. However, after the testimony given by Mirza during the investigation was announced at the request of the defense, he admitted that he "appeared" two or three times "in criminal cases against left -wing activists and as a victim, but these cases did not reach the court.
Mirza explained that he used to communicate with anti -fascists, but in 2010 he broke off relations with them, after which they beat him twice. On the facts of these beatings, things started, he said.
At the same time, the victim rejected the charges of cooperation with the CPE expressed by Sutuga and Samokhin. Mirza also did not admit that the operatives of this structure “have long been leading” him, as the defendant suggested.
Mirza negatively answered Korobchenko’s question if he was pressure. At the same time, he stated that on the Internet and some media are written about him as an employee of the CPE and called to deal with him.
Meanwhile, the testimony of Mirza essentially diverged from those that the other victim gave - Alexander Belov. Belov said that the stoop 10 times hit him with a home -made hammer wrapped in a bag, and about the same amount with a chair and hands. Mirza, however, said that Belov was inflicted only about five beats with a hammer. He also noticed that as a result of the imputed booty of the attack, he himself received bruises. Nevertheless, the beatings were not attested to doctors.
In addition, Mirza expressed a desire to participate in the debate of the parties and asked to impose a maximum punishment, calling the defendant a recidivist. In support of such a characteristic, he referred to the case of a fight in the club "Air" , according to which the anti -fascist was amnesty.
Earlier, during the hearing on Tuesday, Korobchenko refused to return the case of the sutu to the prosecutor's office.
The next meeting in the case will be held on July 31; Start at 14:00.
