The emergency mode in Primorye and Vladivostok has not yet been removed: the Russian bridge is still blocked, climbers continue to clean it, and additional vessels were launched to the aircraft to help the Bosphorus Vostochny-landing boats of the Pacific Fleet. True, they always violate the schedule that the city hall hangs. When they open the bridge, it is still incomprehensible, it’s good at least “breakfasts” are not fed, as in the first days of the collapse. According to one rumors, they will not be managed before the New Year (taking into account the fact that half of the work has not been done in two weeks, this is logical). For other rumors coming from the services of the Ministry of Emergencies, ensuring the cleaning of the bridge, there is a risk that it will not be opened until April. Until it melts, in general.

The government of the region in the official telegram channel at the beginning of the week reported with reference to the FCU of the Daddor East, that "now more than 20 climbers are engaged in the struggle with Vant's glaciation and pylons, it is difficult to name the final terms of completion, but it will definitely not be required for a month."

The baths began to clean industrial climbers from the Ministry of Emergencies - from the services of private traders admitted to work and the interview and examination in the service company Spets SSU, decided to refuse. Obviously, because they did not agree on the price - about the cost of work at the interview, there were disputes: the Criminal Code wanted to pay for each bath, the climbers demanded for the meter, regardless of the degree of icing (they asked not to announce the amount, but the proposal of specials was noticeably more modest).

The other day, the driver of the excavator decided to knock on the bath to a bucket to shut the ice. Nobody says about the positive result of this purely personal initiative, but the driver was fined, because the baths are actually complex engineering structures.

Ice steps go with a bang

According to the city administration, 17 brigades work around the clock, they have already removed more than 4,500 cubic meters of branches and trees from the streets. The municipal road enterprise “Content of urban territories” says that every night from the streets of the capital of the Far East Kamazami is exported more than two thousand cubic meters of snow and ice.

But all these large numbers are just numbers, they are not impressive at all those who walk and travel the streets.

All Vladivostok is now broken trees lying in heaps of branches, snowdrifts of snow and ice, in some places on the roads and sidewalks, wires are still lying. And which of the townspeople to ask - everyone rejoice that winter here is almost the sunny in the country, in the coming week the weather will be excellent. God not give, another snowfall.

Cars that interfere with the clearing of the roadsides from snow and ice are evacuated. At first glance, it is fair, because this is preceded by requests not to park on certain streets. However, the motorists still have the memories that the previous mayor of the city Vitaly Verkeenko approached the problem wisely. The evacuators did not take the cars to the parking lot with him (which, probably, with the announced emergency mode and warnings, is even legal, but still in the absence of normal parking lots and in the ice yards quite ambiguously), but simply raised, cleaned under them, then put in place.

It turns out that even not very smart citizens can be treated humanly ...

The worst thing is countless slopes-ashes and sidewalks.

Stairs, fortunately, were cleared almost everywhere. But the access roads to the houses - how lucky.

“We have on the rise on Tunguska ice,” says Sergey Citizen. -Today he went to the post office, took with him a ski stick and climbed little by little. We have a passage there, even cars drive through it in good times, but now there is nothing. And my dad, he is already 80 years old, also cannot sit at home. He calls - he says, bought myself ice pages.

In Vladivostok, the winter sneakers with spikes and ice floors (rubber linings with spikes on shoes are now going on a bang, there are up to 250 rubles of steam, you can purchase ads on the local website, and even in some pharmacies).

The most hypocritical messages these days are messages of the Vladivostok administration that city enterprises receive fines for uncleaned wings and adjacent territories. Allegedly, they should remove everything in a day, take the snow in three days, and if not - a fine: for an individual entrepreneur from one to three thousand, for officials 5-10 thousand, for legal entities 50–80 thousand. In the first days after the typhoon, the administration found the strength and time to check 605 enterprises. “38 administrative protocols and 90 requirements were drawn up,” officials joyfully announced.

- The store hired us. We work in the morning, we were cleared, - shows a 50 boy to a section of the “squares” in 50. He, along with his colleague, works near the beer on Kalinin. One inlets ice, the other takes out a chopped one. Passers-by rejoice-finally asphalt. The territory of the "Green Island" is also cleared after a few meters. And before the start of the trading area, everything is in the ice.

The funniest (or sad - as you want) in this story with the sidewalks is that almost everywhere businessmen do their part of the work perfectly. And this is especially noticeable against the backdrop of terrible and slippery sidewalks that are required to clean the city’s authorities. It is a pity that the city hall will not punish itself, and the prosecutor’s office sent her righteous anger at management companies and HOAs. Which, by the way, are also good.

And in our yard

The authorities of the region and the city in these weeks love to heroically tell the world about how during the time of the emergency “one for all, and all for one”, how there is no time to understand where whose zone of responsibility is taken out, how the branches are taken out. The region has already allocated 200 million from its funds for these events and asked for Moscow. In total, according to officials, more than a billion rubles will be needed to eliminate the consequences of a natural disaster.

And all this is very beautiful, but only a broken heating main in the courtyard on Svetlanskaya, for example, it turns out, there is no one to fix it. And this is the main street of the city.

“In winter, it already leaks, but after this hurricane something broke through capital, and now a stream of warm water is pouring from under the retaining wall,” says a resident of Valeria’s house. - In the yard - puddles and a rink.

Dirty, scary, slippery. So the fallen tree also remains to lie on pipes and wires. The neighbors drank branches, but whoever removes it and takes it out is generally incomprehensible. The micro -loader with the delivery of water with me could not drive. The neighbors did not write where they did not write, but the city and the Criminal Code are nodding at each other, they demand some collections of owners. In short, all these are just words that someone will help us ... Go out on the road, look. Two weeks passed, the snow was not strong-who interfered in the center at least the snow from the roadsides to take out?

On November 28, the Vladivostok administration called all the inhabitants to the subbotnik, and not in the yards, but on the streets and sidewalks. The city hall actually admitted: there is not enough strength to clean. According to the city authorities, 4,600 people came out, the regional government gave a more modest figure - 2500 volunteers.

On Saturday, December 5, honest and free work for the benefit of the city continued: representatives of various public organizations and associations, sports federations, employees of the city administration and subordinate institutions and simply indifferent citizens are published ... In total, 290 organizations of various forms of ownership have reached the cleaning of city streets - more than 2500 people, more than 25 thousand square meters of pedestrian zones have been cleansed. ” It was again a quote from the City Hall. And this again does not mean that Vladivostok in the near future will become at least remotely similar to what could be called the capital of the Far East.
