If we measure the importance of events by the area allotted for their coverage on the pages of New Siberia, then they are distributed as follows: the financial statements of OAO SibirEnergo (two pages), the arrest of the Novosibirsk artist Artyom Loskutov (a strip), the death of the vice-speaker of the Novosibirsk Regional Council of Yuri Alaferovsky (half a strip).

The financial statements of SibirEnergo occupies the entire heading "economy", and we will not analyze it.

But Artyom Loskutov, Monstration, contemporary art in general and the “review” of him in the form of an arrest by the “Center E” (Center for Combating Extremism at the Central Internal Affairs Directorate in the Novosibirsk Region) are devoted to three articles: the poet and journalist Sergei Samoylenko, a member of the art group "Blue Noses" Vyacheslav Mizin and journalist "NS" Tatyana Sharonova. Tellingly, none of the authors discusses the version that Artem Loskutov really carried drugs with him (for which he was detained), especially since Center E promised to pick him up in the morning. Versions put forward by the authors are very different - one another is more impartial for the Novosibirsk fighters against extremism. In truth, the motives of Center E are still not very clear - officially it declares that there is no political underlying reason in the case, and materials emerge in court that Loskutov is part of a group plotting mass riots and street closures. The composition of the “group” shows that it consists of the organizers of the Monstration. It turns out that "Center E" was so preoccupied with the seemingly harmless and completely apolitical Monstration that they arrested one of its ideologists. Misunderstandings are added by the fact that on the eve of May 1 (the day of this action) Loskutov spread an appeal not to participate in the Monstration - that is, he went towards the “Center E”. The monstration nevertheless took place, but passed without excesses (and without the participation of Loskutov). Where is the meaning, where is the logic? Perhaps Center E knows something more, but in this case it would be nice to share with the public: this is not the case when silence is golden. As a result, Novosibirsk received negative “PR”, distrust in the state structures involved in the fight against extremism has sharply increased in society, and Monstration itself, judging by the comments of the “NS”, can turn from an apolitical action into a political one. Sergey Samoylenko cites the statistics of references to Artem Loskutov in blogs - it doubled every day and reached 48 thousand.

In general, criminal cases, inspections of the prosecutor's office and the Chamber of Accounts appear on all the content pages of the National Assembly. The title of the article about the criminal cases against Sibirsky Bereg sounds optimistic: Is it time for Kirieshek producers to dry crackers? Criminal cases have been initiated regarding alleged tax violations, but Sibirsky Bereg itself claims that it paid taxes, and won all disputes with the tax authorities in court. The following episode is noteworthy: in 2005, a high-ranking police officer offered to Sibirsky Bereg to solve problems with the tax (for a bribe), but the company “surrendered” him to the FSB. That is, “Sibirsky Bereg” does not want to “negotiate in an amicable way”, it “surrenders” intermediaries, in disputes with the tax authorities it hopes for court decisions ... Why be surprised now?

But Sergei Kibirev was put on the wanted list. Fraud, misappropriation of other people's property... Participation in the election of the mayor of Novosibirsk is not on the list of charges, but, in fairness, the case was opened much earlier than the elections. Given the general state of affairs with the rule of law in our business, the key question is not “why was a criminal case initiated against Kibirev?”, But “why specifically against him?”. However, Kibirev was given the opportunity to “get lost”, and now he seems to be in Thailand.

Difficulties with the enterprises "Plant Kuzmina", "Spetsavtokhozyaystvo" and "Sibelektroterm" with varying degrees of involvement of inspection structures are described on the pages of "NS" in large articles.

Another criminal case went to court. The trial is going around the scam of the "Social Initiative" - ​​they collected money from Novosibirsk for housing, but housing was never built. We are talking about 340 investment agreements and 150 million rubles. The piquancy of the case is given by the fact that officials of the Novosibirsk mayor's office, with which the Social Initiative signed a cooperation agreement, were involved in the "agitation" of equity holders. The head of the branch of the “Social Initiative. Alone, without officials. He faces six years. I recall the zits-chairman Pound “I sat under the tsar, and I sat under the NEP ...”.

A good headline "Fair Russia has become more united" - reflects the essence of the personnel changes that have taken place in the leadership of the Novosibirsk branch of "Fair Russia" (however, there are not enough quotes around the word "united"). It will be headed by the chairman of the construction committee of the regional council Alexander Savelyev (part of the United Russia faction) and Anatoly Kubanov, who headed the LDPR faction of the regional council. two years ago TAIGA.info complained that "politics in Russia is a game of betrayal."

The weekly noticeably "fat" - up to 24 pages. From Novosibirsk and interesting: Vladimir Gorodetsky at the ASDG forum (Association of Siberian and Far Eastern Cities) spoke out against innovations in federal legislation that allow deputies to recall mayors. The "CC" is diplomatically silent about the fact that deputies can dismiss the mayor only with the consent of the governor. Otherwise, the question would arise - what is Vladimir Filippovich going through?

An interesting combination: on the eighth page, the article "Waiting for payment" reports problems with debts to suppliers of stores of the New Trading Systems group of companies. And on the sixth page, as an advertisement, the announcement “New Trading Systems OJSC will buy overdue accounts payable of the following companies:…”. Probably, it is more profitable to pay off debts than money.

The article “RATM has changed the composition of the participants in the largest regional project” tells about the fate of the construction of the second Iskitimcement plant. RATM turned out to be a dissatisfied general contractor for the Serbian company Invest-Import, which was unable to prepare project documentation that meets Russian requirements. In general, this project raised a lot of questions. For example - why build a new cement plant in the face of a sharp decline in demand for cement? Or - is it reasonable to invest expensive credit resources in such a project (Sberbank provided a loan of 5.5 billion rubles, and the decision was made before the crisis)? Some questions are removed - it turns out that the cost of cement produced by the "dry method", which is supposed to be at the new production, is significantly lower, and this will allow Iskitimcement to force out competitors in any situation on the market.

Almost a strip is dedicated to the rating of business centers in Novosibirsk. The signature under the article is curious: “KONSTANTIN KANTEROV, press secretary of the Novosibirsk Business Centers rating project especially for the KS”. If the press secretary of the rating project is Konstantin Kanterov himself, then this is cool. From the position of RosEuroPlaza attached below, in addition to PR, we also learn useful information: during the crisis, the occupancy of the business center fell from 74% to 47%, and now it has risen again - up to 51%.
