Meanwhile, groups of independent “investigators” appear on social networks one after another, who are convinced that adolescents died at the hands of police officers. On November 23, an unknown user posted in the network posthumous photos of adolescents, which shows that Katya and Denis were killed from shots from the hunting rifle. But the “investigators” do not believe them, paying attention to the shifted pieces of furniture, to the cook, which on different frames of the shooting is bent in one direction or the other, on the wallpaper, the details of which, as the investigators seem, are also varying, and so on.

Meanwhile, the representative of the Russian Guard, whose special detachment of quick response (SOBR) worked in the chips of the Reds, Valery Viktorov in a commentary to the Pskov Provincii correspondent said that there was no order to shoot at the special forces, that the security forces were supposed to neutralize children with “hand -to -hand combat techniques” and that the Sobr complyed the head of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Pskov region.

The weapon, as well as the house, belonged to Alexei Vlasov, Katya's stepfather. According to unofficial information, he served in the Special Forces of the Federal Penitentiary Service, he was repeatedly on business trips in Chechnya and was engaged in power sports. Both the stepfather and the mother of Katya insisted that Denis allegedly took Katya hostage and forcibly holds her in the house - according to unofficial information, on November 14 they applied a similar statement to the police. (In a broadcast in Periscope, Katya offered a flat version: “They found me, beat me, compared with nothing,” she recalled a quarrel with her mother, after which she and Denis ran away from the house). Participants in the events say that both at the time of negotiations and stepfather, and Katya's mother in Megafon demanded that Denis let go of the girl. This, in turn, seemed to be the reason for the assault on the house: “Employees of the special forces entered the house to neutralize the armed criminal,” they explained later in the Russian Guard and clarified that at the time of the departure they suggested that Katya was hostage. At 13:33, the girl wrote on the VKontakte social network: “I am not hostage, this is my conscious choice,” but adults seemed to not follow the broadcasts of children on social networks and Periscope.

One of the questions that the correspondent of the “Pskov provinci” was looking for an answer: why did professional psychologists and negotiators not participate in negotiations with adolescents? The source that took a direct part in the management of the operation said ( he spoke on the terms of anonymity. - NT) that only law enforcement officers and relatives of adolescents were on the spot, only ambulance doctors. The official representative of the IC in the Pskov region, Anton Dobrokhotov, told the correspondent that there are no psychologists and negotiators in the state of the regional department, there is only a polygraphologist who, obviously, was not applicable for the situation in the red chugs. A source in the district police department said that all the department employees went on the preparation necessary for negotiations, but which specifics did not specify. Law enforcement officers then tried to talk with Denis as a criminal who has a hostage, then with a child: “Come out, enough a fool to fall. Calmly go out yourself, only do not do nonsense. ” And they make excuses: “They did not want to talk to anyone! They spoke periodically only with the mother of this guy. Periodically they agreed, she approached, talked. Otherwise, no communication, they did not make contact, only laid out materials on the network. They did not need this contact, ”says a source in the police.

Obviously, adolescents did not have a clear plan of action. At the beginning of the broadcast, they said that "they were going to just live in the house together." At the same time, Denis repeatedly asked the girl to be careful even with a traumatic gun, and she admitted: “The worst of all, probably, to shoot himself when you understand that living ******”.
