ONF made the election program

The All -Russian Popular Front published a "program of folk initiatives" - proposals for the election program with which United Russia will go to the polls. According to RBC, the program proposes a reform of the pension system with the introduction of the opportunity to independently choose the retirement age, removing its own retirement with an increase in its size. In order to get an increased pension, it is proposed to work out from above the common plank three, five, seven or ten years.

Another initiative affecting pensioners, the law on the “reverse mortgage” is the possibility of legally laying real estate in exchange for regular payments. According to the authors of the concept, this will stop various abuses and fraudulent schemes with apartments of single pensioners.

ONF suggests accepting a fundamentally new Criminal Code. The Front program says that the current Criminal Code as a result of numerous amendments and additions acquired an unsystematic, patchwork character. In the New Code, ONF proposes to expand the practice of making a pledge and applying house arrest, mitigate criminal law in the economic sphere, introduce criminal liability of legal entities, and exclude the investigator from the prosecution.

The ONF also proposes to create a system of administrative courts in which citizens will be able to file claims against the state, according to the model of existing in Germany and France. It is also proposed to introduce a system of compensation to citizens for non -execution by officials of state obligations or its delay. In addition, it is proposed to create a patent court to protect intellectual property.

To solve housing problems for the poor, ONF proposes to revive the practice of creating municipal and state housing funds to provide housing for all citizens according to the Constitution, which states that all the poor citizens should be provided with housing for free or for an affordable fee.

“We believe that as a result of the implementation of the program of folk initiatives over the next five years, Russia will be included in the five largest economies in the world. This will require the creation of modern public infrastructure necessary for our citizens and businesses that are ahead of the pace. It is necessary to implement the policy of new industrialization, which will ensure the modernization of existing and the construction of new industrial production, based on modern technologies and competitive on the world level, ”the document says.

The idea of ​​creating the All -Russian Popular Front was expressed by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin at the end of April. In early May, he stated that United Russia needs a tributary of new people and fresh ideas and opinions. President Dmitry Medvedev then stated that the creation of the All -Russian Popular Front "is explainable from the point of view of electoral technologies" and complies with the law.
