On June 12, the leader of the Astrakhan "Socialist -Revolutionaries" Oleg Shein and three activists were detained "for participating in an unauthorized mass action." Activists were detained the day before during the protest in Astrakhan. “When I was handed a warning, there was a demand to terminate an unauthorized action, but I couldn’t explain what kind of action I should explain to me. Then, when we were walking along the embankment, the police said that they were regarding this as a procession. I answered them that in this case we would just stand, but they still detained me and brought me here,” Shein said.

On the eve of Shein, he filed a notice to hold a procession, but the mayor's office refused him without a mandatory proposal of an alternative route. Then it was decided to just take a walk along the embankment.

The participants were detained after young people who wanted to consider the inscription on the white tape and join the walk approached them. They were refused, considering them provocateurs, after which the detention occurred.

All three detainees were framed as offenders under Art. 20.2 Code of Administrative Offenses, a white tape with the inscription "For honest elections! Down with power of crooks and thieves!" It was seized and sent for examination for extremism. One of the protocols of the detained at this action, student Alexei Iron, got on the Internet. The arrested appealed the decisions of the peace of Julia Kitaeva to the Nizhny Novgorod District Court, which canceled the decision, since in accordance with the amendments of the case under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses are considered by district courts. The decisions of the judges of the district court did not differ much - only the Maskovsky period was reduced by four days.

Activists appealed this decision. On June 15, the regional court freed Staroverov, Myaskovsky and Kalinchev, stopping proceedings on their affairs. On the same day, the arrest period of Godlina expired. Anna Kuznetsova remains in custody, who did not appeal and whose heart problems worsened due to a hunger strike.

Petersburg. Fight with pillows
