Parents were alarmed by the son's constant complaints of weakness and fatigue. It turned out to be acute myeloblastic leukemia. The treatment in the Kursk hospital lasted seven months.

Andrei recovered and for ten years he lived as if he had never been sick. Andrei even began to dream of a career as a football player, and at the same time about a career as an economist - he thought after graduating from school to enter an economic university, but reality violated all his plans. The results of the tests that Andrey had regularly taken all these years came back - the disease returned. The terrible word "relapse" means that Andrey can only be saved by bone marrow transplantation. There was no donor in the family, but in the international registry they found a donor for Andrey in Germany. Transplantation is scheduled for mid-February, it will be done in the St. Petersburg clinic named after. Raisa Gorbacheva. The transplantation itself is free for Andrei, but the search for a donor in the international registry and its activation (the procedure for collecting bone marrow cells from a donor) are very expensive - about 15,000 euros, or 600,000 rubles.
