On Thursday morning, at the metro station “Schukinskaya”, police officers suddenly approached Danil Konon, twisted and pushed into a car zak. Something similar on the same day happened with another ESC-Figrant of Moscow Affairs Sergei Abanichev.
The irony lies in the fact that Konon was just heading to the Tver police department. However, law enforcement officers, in all likelihood, decided to save the activist from the morning crush in the subway and sent him by special vehicles.
“And here is my uberblack. Appreciated. I recommend it very much, ”he wrote on his twitter after the detention.
A few days ago, the activist received a telegram of the agenda demanding to appear in the department for drawing up a protocol on an administrative offense: for participating in an unauthorized action on July 27, where he allegedly prevented the movement of pedestrians. Konon’s lawyer Grigory Chervonny suggested that the police were simply scared that Conon would not appear voluntarily on drawing up the protocol.
“The police tells Daniel:“ Please come to draw up a protocol by ten o’clock. He leaves the house, he is detained and taken to the department.
He went to the police, and the police brought him as a taxi. They probably thought that he would run from them, ”he said to“ New ”.
During the trip, the police explained to Konon that he was “interesting to certain people”, as he supports Alexei Navalny and actively speaks out against the persecution of the defendants in the “Moscow business”, goes to the courts and participates in pickets. Earlier, Konon told in social networks that at the hearing in the case of the Student of the Higher School of Economics, Egor Zhukov approached him an employee of the E -E Center and advised him "to lie to the bottom for a year and not to glow."
According to the defender of Konon, this was the usual intimidation, and in the Tverskaya police department everything went according to the established procedure. The department drew up a protocol under Part 3 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. True, law enforcement officers could not clearly explain how Conon the residents of the capital who walked on the central streets of the city on the summer day. They limited themselves to general phrases in the protocol: "... organized the direction of the movement of participants in an unauthorized mass event."
The 22-year-old student of the Bauman Konon MSTU was one of the first defendants in Moscow business: a few days after the rally on July 27 he was arrested in the case of riots. He was accused of coordinating the riots and led a column of citizens who went to the capital's city hall, demanding honest and competitive alternative elections to the Moscow City Duma.
A month later, the investigation had to abandon this idea. After the study of all materials and notes from the video surveillance cameras Daniil Konon, Sergei Abanichev, Valeria Kostenka and Vladislav Barabanov were released from the pre -trial detention center, and the criminal case of “riots” was stopped against them.
The investigation stated that in any case they remain offenders, and therefore, now they are waiting for an administrative punishment. The court hearing in the case will be held today, on Friday, in the Tver court. Conon faces a fine of 30 to 50 thousand rubles or administrative arrest up to 15 days.
A similar story occurred on the same day and with another ex-company of “Moscow business” Sergei Abanichev. He was detained in the Tver Court of Moscow, where he came to support the defendant of the Moscow Affairs Nikita Chirtsov, and people in black masks took him to the police. It also drew up a protocol in the case of the action on July 27 under Part 6.1 of Art. 20.2 Administrative Code. He can receive an administrative arrest up to 15 days or a fine of 10 to 20 thousand rubles. The court will also consider this protocol on Friday.
Abanicheva, like Konon, was first arrested in the case of participation in the riots and an attack on a policeman, and then released. The activist demanded compensation for half a million rubles for criminal prosecution.
