On February 10, 2005, a concert of the annual project "Our songs are amazing life" took place on the stage of the State Kremlin Palace. This year, the audience was presented with the program "Polyphony", dedicated to the half-century anniversary of the author's song. Fifty years of the existence of this genre gave the world the names of such people as Yuri Vizbor, Bulat Okudzhava, Alexander Galich, Viktor Berkovsky, Alexander Gorodnitsky, Alexander Dulov, Yuli Kim, Vera Matveeva, Sergei Nikitin, Ada Yakusheva, and other remarkable authors.

And the authors appeared on the stage from a trolleybus. No, of course not out of the ordinary. Remember:

Almost fifty years ago, one person wrote these kind and warm lines, which have become dear and beloved to many. This man is Bulat Okudzhava. It was his "Blue Trolleybus" that brought authors and performers to the stage of the Kremlin Palace that evening. V. Berkovsky and Y. Kukin, E. Agranovich and V. Egorov, V. Luferov and L. Sergeev, A. Mirzayan and A. Sukhanov came out of its doors ... And the hosts of the concert - Galina Khomchik and Oleg Mityaev - led the bards to the microphones different generations.

And this evening took place thanks to the support of the Moscow government (the Committee on Culture of the City of Moscow, the Committee of Public Relations of the City of Moscow) and personally Lyudmila Ivanovna Shvetsova, who in her welcoming speech recalled the difficulties that art song clubs faced in the 60s and 80s and how dramatically different the situation is today. The author's song, which has been a mouthpiece of protest for many decades, today is an expression of the best human qualities - sincerity, kindness, tolerance.
