It has now been officially confirmed that the suicide bomber at Domodedovo was a 20-year-old resident of the Ingush village of Ali-Yurt, Magomed Mukhadzhirovich Evloev. The DNA samples from his parents matched perfectly with the samples of the remains of the suicide bomber.
Three residents of Ali-Yurt were detained on suspicion of complicity. This is the brother of the terrorist Akhmed Evloev and sister Fatima - they allegedly "equipped" the suicide bomber to Moscow, and neighbor Umar Aushev saw him off.
According to the investigation, which appeared in a number of media outlets, Magomed Evloev, who disappeared in September last year, appeared in his native village five days before the attack and stayed there for exactly one day. During this time, his brother and sister gave him a “shahid belt”. It is alleged that an examination of swabs from the hands of young people revealed microparticles of hexogen, a substance that is part of the explosives used at Domodedovo. And neighbor Aushev took me in his car to the Nazran-Moscow bus.
Aushev was arrested three days ago, and Evloev's relatives, as Novaya wrote on Monday, were detained on January 30 in their native village.
23-year-old Umar Aushev lived on the same street as the Evloevs, engaged in "covens", from time to time plastered and painted houses. At the end of July last year, his cousin, a 32-year-old father of five children, Magomed Aushev, who was famous throughout the republic as the best home decorator, was kidnapped. His horribly mutilated corpse with a control shot in the back of the head was found only a week later. Relatives were able to identify the body only with the help of DNA. The investigation in this case did not yield any results.
16-year-old Akhmed Evloev graduated from school in Ali-Yurt, according to neighbors, “the guy was calm and never distinguished himself by religiosity, and 22-year-old Fatima got married a few years ago and moved to a neighboring village, but returned last year - her husband died." Fatima's husband, Bekhan Bogatyrev, who was killed during a special operation on the outskirts of Nazran in August last year, was one of the leaders of the Pliev Jamaat. The investigation believes that it was his death that influenced the decision of Magomed Evloev to go “to the forest”. And already "in the forest" the militants did not find a better use for the "weak" young man, who was even "commissioned from the army for health reasons", how to make a living bomb out of him.
However, according to information from Novaya Gazeta's sources, the Main Mobilization Directorate of the Russian Armed Forces "does not have any evidence that could confirm that a resident of the village of Ali-Yurt, Magomed Mukhadzhirovich Evloev, was drafted into the Russian army at all," and any traces of his stay in the army units in the archives of the State Medical University of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are absent.
Ali-Yurt is a rather large village for Ingushetia, about 7 thousand people live in it. And before the terrorist attack at Domodedovo, it had never been under the close attention of the security forces. The only major sweep was carried out there in July 2007. The reason is the night shelling of the FSB building and the presidential administration building in the capital of the republic, Magas. Then the security forces claimed that the shelling was carried out precisely from Ali-Yurt. The cleansing of the village began at dawn and lasted about a day. Timur Akiyev, a representative of the human rights center Memorial, said: “The security forces did not stand on ceremony. Completely blockading the village, they broke into houses, opened fire into the air and beat everyone in a row.”
At that time, the special operation did not bring any official results, except for dozens of lawsuits from beaten and maimed people, among whom was the name of the Evloevs.
