Igor Maydanyuk, who was a member of Sergei Tsapok's gang, did not participate in the massacre. This is the conclusion reached by the investigation into the murder of 12 people in the village of Kushchevskaya. Now the mother of the leader of the group, Nadezhda Tsapok, has gone on trial. But she's not on trial for plotting murder either.
Igor Maydanyuk was detained last November, shortly after 12 people, including four children, were killed in the house of Kushchevo farmer Server Ametov. At the age of 16, Maydanyuk was in charge of local schools. The bandits put him in this "position" after he beat a classmate half to death at school. After being detained in November, Maydaniuk admitted his guilt. After that, the Kushchevsky District Court took him into custody. And now the investigation declares that he was not involved in the massacre. A little earlier, another member of the gang, a deputy of the Kushchevsky district council, Sergey Tsepovyaz, was also recognized not to be involved in this crime.
However, Igor Maydanyuk will still be judged. He is charged with assault, drug trafficking and possession. Serhiy Tsepovyaz will also appear before the court, but he is charged with a light criminal article - concealment of a crime. Meanwhile, the trial of Nadezhda Tsapok, the mother of Sergei Tsapok and the head of the Artex-Agro family agricultural holding, began in Kushchevskaya. She is accused of stealing 15 million rubles from the state. According to investigators, this happened when the company received a loan under the national project "Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex".
The next meeting is scheduled for July 19.
