Today is not the best day for Russia. And a lot will be discussed about this - after the verdict of punk performers sounds. The tragedy of young girls whose life can be distorted by a long imprisonment, those who do not see anything special in the Cathedral of Christ, and those who see the blasphemous disrespect for religion and believers, will write that the state should not have punished the performers as if they had actually committed a crime. Someone will talk about the tragedy of the Russian state, which from a structure obligated to take care of his citizens has turned into a bulldog, ready to bite everyone who says the word "Putin" with the wrong intonation.

But I want to talk about another tragedy - the tragedy of the Russian Church and the moral values ​​that it is obliged to preach. This is a really big and serious problem, which largely explains what is happening with Russian society.

The Russian church has been destroyed for a long time. She was tormented and quilted under Ivan, burned under Alexei, and under Peter they completely turned into a screw of the state machine, replacing the patriarch with a synod. We are often surprised: how could this Russian people be so cruel to deal with the Russian Church? After all, not aliens destroyed the temples, plundered property, killed priests, urinated at the altars, and then lived for decades at their sanctuaries, turned into vegetable stores, and nothing inside them was Ekl.

You can, of course, blame everything on hypnosis of Bolshevism, but we can understand that for the people the church has long been part of the authorities - and farewell to it was part of the farewell with the whole old world that was destroyed after the October Revolution. They did not say goodbye to sermons, not with values, not even with God - God does not live in official churches; They said goodbye to the Synod, who was as if a continuation of the government, a priest, who seemed to be a continuation of the officer, said goodbye to the old power, which was ordered to hate.

And the church - a huge, great, claiming the main role in the Orthodox world - in several years has almost disappeared, as if there had never been it. And with the church, not only the synod and jewelry, carried away from the temples by the new rulers, disappeared. The morality and conscience that could be found in the temple disappeared - if there was, of course, a desire. They were replaced by the Moral Code of the Builder yourself, remember what, double, cynicism and confidence that it should be - is no longer at the level of the state, but at the level of a particular person. Incority and callousness became the norm: we taught in schools the “death of a pioneer”, this talented nightmare of Bagritsky, in which the hand of a dying girl refusing to fulfill the request of his unfortunate mother and put on a cross, seemed almost a hand of a new Lord, despising motherhood and ready any feeling for a red tie.

When the Church returned - by the will of Joseph, a seminar -growing seminar, the notorious dictator of a shabby, tamped camps of the country, who decided that the cross will help in the war - it again became part of the state machine. The advice on religions, KGB, total control, fear of confession ... But still she was a Cinderella on the Red Ball - they did not love her, did not understand, shrugged, the most correct ones never visited her and even baptized her own children secretly - or did not baptize at all. She was with power - and yet was not power. That is why she had a chance, a significant chance to become a Russian church again. To become a voice of morality in a society that shows conscience.

But she did not use it - because her hierarchs wanted one thing: so that she again became power. In order to “embroider” on the Merses, so that you can feel like members of the Politburo so that the king came to the Patriarch's holiday, and the governor came to the Metropolitan for refreshments. And it turned out: as they thought, it happened! But one cannot be part of the authorities - and not be part of its punishing machine. The Russian Church did not succeed in the post -Peter's times - and the Russian Church from the times of the post -brow would not work out. What is happening today is just a climax, a tragic climax of the transformation of the Russian Church into a post -Soviet department.

And this is insulting to tears. The church will forever remain with those who do not need it. Who goes to temples not in order to become better before God and people, but because it is so accepted that it is necessary that it is so fashionable. With those for whom the temple is instead of the House of Culture, and the priest instead of the mass-patch: it does not matter what he speaks there, but it is important to perform the ceremony exactly. With those who hide a vice behind the hypocrisy, and behind the piety rot and contempt for people. But many truly moral people, those who do not live by lies not even because they believe, but therefore conscience inside themselves, either next to God, or instead of Him, these people with their merger with the Vladimir kingdom will push the Church of the Church. And it’s scary not that it will push it away, but that it will not find a place in the future, when the wrong fusion will be obvious even for its parishioners and when society will desperately need a moral sermon - but there is nowhere to hear it from.
