The fact that the authorities always won from the death of their own citizens is obvious. It is also obvious that the scale of terrorist attacks was never a criterion for assessing the work of special services and law enforcement agencies. Therefore, the explosion in Domodedov is evaluated as part of the election campaign, especially when you consider that all suspicions were immediately sent to the North Caucasus.

So in vain we were surprised at inadequacy - as it seemed then - Zhirinovsky, whose performance caused protests in the Caucasus. This figure is always in the know and line. The power began to invent anything new: the internal enemy is the Caucasus. Yes, the yard is not the ninety -ninth year, so what? The leaders of the North Caucasian republics, whose independence is growing day a day, will receive guarantees of budget financing (and there the treasury and treasury of the state are not divided, as well as in Moscow) and even more non -interference in their internal affairs. And their subjects will have to suffer a little, and rather morally than somehow differently. Well, this is necessary for the crackling, and no one is going to shell certain points in Russian cities from the Grad installations.

True, one problem arises here. The Russian power does not at all suspect the existence of its own obligations to the population. But in the Caucasus, it seems that some paternalist performances have been preserved, not to mention the fact that there is a certain consensus of elites. And therefore, the current Anticavian campaign in Russia can shake stability in the region. In addition, if it really comes to tightening the passport regime, then this may violate the consent between the center and the Caucasus. The free movement in Russia of the excess and active population is vital for the North Caucasian political elites.

But this is all in the end regional problem. The more serious difference from the ninety -ninth year, when Russia was a completely different political landscape. Then the unknown politician Putin cheerfully promised to wet terrorists in the toilet. And no one else claimed this glorious lesson. Now Putin, his capabilities and inclinations are known. Including the new generation of Russian nationalists who exist at all in a political vacuum: this must yet be understood which segments of the ruling elite are supported by certain nationalist organizations.

Whoever supports, the nationalists are now more needed by Putin than him. This situation did not arise at all due to objective circumstances: as already mentioned , socio-economic problems excite the population much more than national migration. But it is impossible to allow a discussion of what really bothers society. The condition of the discussion should be the irremovability of people in the authorities, but such a condition is impossible if the composition of the disputes and the content of their speeches are not controlled. In the framework of such a discussion, it is inevitable to discuss software and personal alternatives.

Either the case is a marginal national problem. So, in any case, the case of the authorities seems to be, so far, however, limiting the meetings with specially selected and silent football fans and statements on this topic in ritual conversations with representatives of the Primmevsky youths. It really seems to Putin and the company that now they are very successfully promoting against the background of the tragedy in Domodedov, that they managed to enter the same river twice.

But their advertising campaign causes nothing but irritation. Moreover, primarily among nationalists, the power of naked, fed and led. Of course, the politically active part of the population is irritated - Putin’s power both held and rests on the indifference of the majority. Of course, the authorities do not care about the so -called democrats, who, no matter how sad it is aware, deserve a similar attitude. They also do not care about nationalists, like all Russians in general, but is the power ready for much more fierce and strict criticism on their part? While this criticism is ignored, nationalists, apparently, are considered as a controlled force. But all this is extremely unreliable.

The secret of the success of Putin’s power is the lack of charisma among its owners, a mimic and essential merger with a passive majority, simple and gross judgments and promises combined with complete inaction. What was planned as a tendency in a totalitarian model was realized in non -ootototilitarism - the mass absorbs power, desults it.

But does not make weaker. In the facelessness and indifference of power, the secret of her strength and success. The extraordinary harshness, the powerless hysteria of critics from among the democrats is explained by the fact that the situation is described not even with a lease “there is no reception against scrap”, but by the complete absence of any interest of the authorities in the opponent. If you really get tired, we’ll dissolve the rumor that he was worried in the cell, as they did with Boris Nemtsov, who succumbed to the provocation in the most stupid and ridiculous way and tried to answer those with whom even to talk about the weather.

Nationalists from such methods are completely delighted, but they are completely not satisfied with the fact that power is limited to PR. And most of all they do not like the fact that they themselves are still not in power. So far, Putin and the company are saving so far that the nationalists are split (not without the participation of agitprop and security forces) and have not nominated a single leader. This is still saving the country. How the ruling elite of a steep turn to nationalism in political practice, and not just in political demagogy, is also saved, is also saved.

But to prepare a political platform for nationalists in this power. "Make a bastard," as Brecht said. And in essence, it does not matter at all what a bastard will be born - with a street demagogue or a faceless apparatus.

The consensus between the authorities and society has been achieved, public indifference is enough for the birth of a new reptile.
