Residents of the village of Centara (Khosi-Yurt) of the Kurchaloevsky district of Chechnya force them to demolish their houses built near the generic estate of the head of the region Ramzan Kadyrov. This was reported by the "Caucasian Knot" with reference to residents of neighboring auls.
In the center of the village is dismantling about a dozen private houses, which the owners themselves lead. On the site of the houses, Kadyrovtsy plan to break up a large park.
“The owners gave two weeks to take everything they need and dismantle the designs that they may need to be needed in the future,” said a resident of the village of Alleri Musa. “A relative lives with my husband there, the guys are going to help their home. Furniture and things have already been taken out to their relatives, now they are disassembled. It’s a pity, it’s good and a good area and with a large site.”
According to the local resident of Adam, the park in the center of the aul was already equipped, but recently the project was changed - the territory allotted for the park was expanded. “Those whose houses go under demolition were allocated in another place,” the interlocutor of the publication said. “They will either build new houses or give compensation. I think that Ramzan will not offend their fellow villagers.”
A local resident of the Malkan noted that in Tsentaroy Kadyrovtsy act on the same principle as in Argun, Shali and Kurchaloy, where entire quarters were demolished for the reconstruction. “Nobody likes that his house, which parents or grandfathers built, are demolished, but it is pointless to object - you will only make problems for themselves,” she added. “Since the authorities decided, they will still do it in their own way.”
The large -scale reconstruction of Kurchaloy began in February 2018: several dozen private houses were demolished at the direction of the authorities to expand the roadway and build new facilities, and residents of destroyed houses were moved to the outskirts of the aul. In particular, the house of Oyub Titiev, the chairman of the Chechen branch of the Memorial, came under demolition, at that time already arrested in the falsified case of drugs, and now convicted of 4 years of general regime. In the shawl, large-scale demolition of residential buildings began in December 2017 to expand the territory around the high-rise complex "Shali-City". The Kadyrovites promised new houses evicted from the center to the townspeople, but the inhabitants themselves reported that they were not helping and they were forced to rent housing at their own expense.
