Bronze is threatened with swinging

The International Olympic Committee notified the team "Olympic athletes from Russia" that one of the Russian athletes is suspected of using doping at the Olympics in Pyeongchang. This was reported by Interfax with reference to the press attaches of the team Konstantin Vybornov.

“We do not name the name of an athlete or athlete, as well as a sport before the results of opening B, which will become known for 24 hours,” the functionary noted.

For a commentary to Vybornov, the agency turned after Sport-Express notes that appeared earlier on Sunday. The publication said that Kerlingist Alexander Krushelnitsky was suspected of using Meldonius, who won a bronze medal in Pyeongchang.

Earlier, for the massive use of doping at the Olympics in Sochi, the IOC removed the Russian team from participating in games in Pyeongchang. Athletes admitted to the competition appear under a neutral flag.

Dozens of Russians were disqualified for life. Subsequently, a part of the athletes justified the sports arbitration court in Lausanne, and also replaced the units with a lifelong disqualification with the removal only from the current Olympiad. However, 15 out of 28 justified athletes of the IOC in admission to the games nevertheless refused .
