But I agree with my defenders that the conditions of detention in a pre -trial detention center, in a prison hospital, objectively lead to a deterioration in my well -being. As a matter of fact, that hypertensive crisis, which [occurred] today, is happening to me almost every evening. All those injections, all those tablets that I have to drink-they somehow support me during the day, but the evening usually ends with what it ended today.
The second point. My children depend on me. Indeed, my youngest son Gleb is an autistic, he is 13 years old, he is at a puberty. This is a very difficult age for autistic. Now he is very nervous in connection with a change in the situation to him - I am not. My presence next to him would be extremely important from the point of view of his mental health. In fact, now at this age Gleb is deciding whether he will develop further or will remain in the state of a three -year -old child. And I, of course, have a very difficult situation with my parents. 94 and 84 years - a serious age. The opportunity to communicate with me is fundamentally important for them. These are people depending on me. And, unfortunately, now I can not do anything to help them.
My condition worsens. In principle, I must say that I am absolutely ready to cooperate with the investigation. And, in general, I do not really understand the meaning of my transfer from house arrest into custody. During the time that has passed since my transfer, I had only one 20-minute meeting with the representative of the investigation. All. The rest of the time I did not participate in investigative actions, although ready. Honestly, I don’t really understand the suspicions regarding me that I can do some subversive work related to the influence of witnesses or something else.
During the content under house arrest, there was not a single remark, not a single one.
I just thoroughly followed all the restrictions that the first instance court imposed on me. Up to the point that I did not watch TV. Therefore, I purely humanly do not see the rational grounds for my detention, especially since this leads to a serious deterioration in my well-being. And in this sense, my cooperation with the investigation may be difficult.
I ask the court to place accents and listen to the arguments of my defenders and to me. I ask me to transfer me under house arrest, because I do not really understand how my translation from the pre -trial detention center will worsen the situation with the investigation that is being conducted.
