When appointed Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov, a Lenta.ru correspondent in the “fish” of the information, which he prepared for the release, wrote instead of “Zubkov”-“Pisiskin”. It was in this form that the information dispersed on the Russian Internet. Something similar happened to the “appointment” early in the morning of October 15, Sergei Sobyanin by the mayor of Moscow. This purpose occurred, but later. And morning information turned out to be Falstart.
The source of information was the site "Vesti 24", the content of which, due to the fact that the organization is state, is tightly controlled. That is why doubts arose that the incident turned out to be the mistake of the editor. Not to mention the fact that the message was repeated by Interfax, a professional agency that has sources in the authorities and knows how to check the information.
“The“ mask ”was accidentally shot from several blanks at night, and they appeared on the Vesti.ru website,” Dmitry Mednikov, Deputy General Director of VGTRK, made excuses. Well, for example, among other blanks there was a “fish” about the introduction of Sobyanin’s candidacy to the Moscow City Duma. But why were the “masks” not to be torn off the blanks about Shvetsov, Levitin, Shantsev?
Did anyone want to tease Dmitry Medvedev? Release news that cannot be abandoned? To disrupt negotiations with another candidate? From the moment the quarter of the candidates was agreed, a week passed. And this despite the fact that the president was expected from a slight and predictable decision almost on Monday, the 11th. And they said that, say, Lyudmila Shvetsova in the short list is for cover: each list should have its own deputy for social care, a symbol of gender balance.
And what, how did Medvedev really negotiate with Shvetsova, the only person from a quartet who is not owed to Vladimir Putin? And they wanted to disrupt these negotiations in such a specific way - the stuffing of information about Sobyanin? With the expectation that it would be easier for the president to agree with a “mistake” than to continue the further painful process of choosing a candidate and approvals.
Yes, it is possible and most likely, it is a conspiracyology. And how did Mikhail Fradkov come out of nowhere, is not a conspiracyology? How was the Prime Minister Pisiskin born from nothingness - not conspiracyology? And the history of 1999 with the Prime Ministers? “I washed my ears this morning,” said Speaker Gennady Seleznev, when he began to convince him that the candidacy of Sergey Stepashin was introduced to the parliament to the post of prime minister. Shortly before that, Boris Yeltsin called him and called the candidacy of Nikolai Aksenenko. And the plot with the nomination of President Sergei Ivanov with the sudden appearance of Dmitry Medvedev? What is Russian politics, if not the most vulgar conspiracyology?
So it turned out that the message about the presentation of Sobyanin in the Moscow City Duma became the same “wedge”, which someone sometimes drives in some places between the president and the prime minister. It turned out to be a symptom that a serious struggle was going on among the mayor’s voters. Only these voters are not Muscovites, but two senior officials of the state who, this fall, began a real election campaign, “primaries” among themselves.
Sobyanin, who is closer to Putin than to Medvedev, became the first figure in Moscow. But the removal of premature information about the appointment meant that the choice was complex and possibly conflict. Thus, Medvedev made it clear that there was a struggle around the figure of a new mayor. And it will continue - according to other no less important plots.
