- And-and again! And-and two! - a two-meter metal fence that surrounds the territory of the court is cracking under the pressure of many hands. White with a red heart, the party flags of the "Batkivshchyna" with a victory cry rush to the place of the fault - the process is open! - but several chains of police special forces are crowding the crowd of supporters of Yulia Tymoshenko. Fights break out. Opposition deputies and journalists are also fighting their way through. The lawyer even climbs over the fence ... The client is not in the hall, so he can’t even get in!

Unlike the Pechersk Court, which “measured” Yulia for seven years under TV cameras for abuse of power when signing gas contracts with Russia, live broadcast is not allowed from here. The press, which managed to break through, was placed in an adjacent room with a large monitor.

The day before, the BYuT parliamentary faction consoled itself with the hope that the Court of Appeal would agree with the arguments of the defense and, for a start, change Tymoshenko's measure of restraint. They also relied on political factors: the proximity of the Ukraine-EU summit and the urgent visit of Stefan Füle, EU Commissioner for Enlargement and European Policy. The commissioner talked for a long time with President Viktor Yanukovych, and then received permission to visit Yulia Tymoshenko - as much as at midnight! - for half an hour. Apparently, Fule's request for a "private meeting" in a cell with the main oppositionist in Ukraine seemed extravagant. But the commissar’s refusal was against the backdrop of a speech by Yevgenia Karr, daughter of Yulia Tymoshenko, before the congress of the European People’s Party: “If you don’t help, my mother will die!” - the world community would unequivocally regard it.

The content of the conversation in the pre-trial detention center was sparingly transmitted through diplomatic channels. In particular, when answering a question about her state of health, Yulia Vladimirovna allegedly only smiled and said that she was holding on. This passage did not embarrass, but outraged Alexander Turchinov, the deputy head of the party:

- The leadership of the pre-trial detention center was crowded into the cell, and the prosecutors - a good conversation in private!

Turchinov and lawyer Sergei Vlasenko insist that Yulia Vladimirovna's physical condition is close to critical. As evidence, certificates are presented stating that she is prescribed bed rest, a serious examination and treatment, which is impossible in the conditions of the pre-trial detention center. They say that doctors are forced to put signatures under the "linden" confirming that Tymoshenko has no health problems. The administration of the pre-trial detention center and representatives of the prosecution refer to other certificates that are quite life-affirming. The word "simulation" sounds, and the judge decides to adjourn in order to "enable the defendant to arrive at the hearing."

- They will be dragged by force! On a stretcher! - foreshadow lawyers and deputies from BYuT, raising the degree of emotions. Because the ambulance, which rolls up to the Court of Appeal, is perceived as a paddy wagon. But Yulia is not inside... It is unlikely that the authorities will dare to check how many supporters of Tymoshenko are able to calmly endure the appearance of their immobilized leader in public in this way. However, this option cannot be completely ruled out. The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry is already preparing the public for the fact that the agreement with the EU at the December 19 summit in Kyiv will not be initialed, and this is not a disaster. The next court session, where Tymoshenko is expected, is scheduled for December 20.

Meanwhile, the unbearable Yulia again refused to be examined by specialists from the Ministry of Health. And received a double blow in response. On its website, the State Penitentiary Service posted a whole photo report from Tymoshenko's cell in the medical unit. Foreign tourists, do not book rooms in hotels in Kyiv for Euro 2012, ask for a Lukyanovka pre-trial detention center! And the amateur video jailer (who else would be allowed to shoot Yulia in a cozy bed, in the same interiors!) Posted a similar video on YouTube.
