The anti -fascist and social activist Alexei Sutuga, also known as Socrates, was detained by the operatives of the EP center on April 5, 2014 - three months after the amnesty in the case of a fight in the air club . In August, the court began in the new case against the souvenue, which is now in the Butyrka pre -trial detention center. The anti -fascist is accused of that in early January he, along with unidentified persons, allegedly attacked a group of youth in the Sbarro cafe near the Oktyabrskaya metro station. He was charged with hooliganism (part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code) and the beatings (paragraph “a” of part 2 of article 116 of the Criminal Code).
According to the investigation, in the evening of January 2, 2014, the stoop, along with four unidentified persons, approached young people sitting at the table in Sbarro. Then the Sutuga “for no reason from the hooligan motives” inflicted “one blow to the head with a chair” to the victim Rustam Mirza, from which he fell to the floor, and then another “one stool on the back”. After that, the attackers “overturned the table ... Thus stabbing the table” to the victim Vyacheslav Belov.
Sutuga inflicted “at least ten blows to the face and body” to the fallen Belov, his unidentified accomplices inflicted the same number of blows. After that, with the help of a home -made hammer welded from reinforcement, he allegedly "inflicted at least five blows on the head, and then three shocks on the hands."
“Unknown accomplices, using trays as weapons, kitchen appliances and dishes began to throw them into Mirza and Parkhomenko, causing Mirza to physical pain in the back and shoulder, and Parkhomenko bodily harm in the form of subcutaneous hematomas,” the indictment says.
Alexey Sutuga does not deny that he was in Sbarro that evening. According to him, he walked with a familiar girl when he met three young people who introduced themselves as anti-fascists and began to ask him about socio-political life. At the suggestion of young people, everyone went to Sbarro, where new friends suddenly began a fight with a group of young people sitting there. The stoop, according to him, did not take active participation in the skirmish, but at first he tried to separate the fighters. He tried to leave the cafe as soon as possible, because he knew about the increased interest in him from law enforcement agencies - at that moment the sutug was still accused in the “case of“ air ”.” He did not hold a hammer in his hands, did not strike anyone and did not beat anyone with his feet, the accused insists.
Mediazone collected some facts about the new criminal persecution of the Sutuga anti -fascist and the victims of young people.
Three young people were recognized as victims of the case: a student of the Russian Academy of Justice Rustam Mirza, courier Vyacheslav Belov and student Misis Mark Parkhomenko.
In the explanatory ones that they signed on the evening of January 3, it is argued that among their offenders the victims recognized Alexei Sutug, who "recently freed himself from imprisonment, and later about a week ago fell under an amnesty." The formulations of all three documents coincide up to spelling errors, for example, in the expressions of “Bay Bans” and “Death to Banes” (Anti-Fascists “Bonim” call “Bonhades-neonacists, from the English Bonehad- MZ ), who allegedly cried out the attackers.
Meanwhile, Sutuga and other accused in the Air case were amnestied only on January 10.
According to lawyer Vladimir Samokhin, this may indicate that the criminal case was initially falsified and instituted much later, and the dates in the materials were affixed with retroactively.
The 19-year-old victim Vyacheslav Belov in his testimony in court claimed that in Sbarro he was beaten with a metal hammer “on the face, head, legs and hands”. He could not confidently say that it was Alexei Sutuga who beat him, but insisted in court that "from his part there were blows with a hammer." According to the text of the indictment, it was the stooped by a self -made hammer welded from the reinforcement, "" inflicted at least five strokes on the head, and then three blows on the hands. "
Despite the numerous blows on the head with a hammer, allegedly inflicted by Belov, in the emergency room only bruises and abrasions on his arms, legs and head recorded.
A homemade hammer, welded from metal reinforcement, for some reason the attackers threw at Sbarro. Photos of this hammer and defeat in the cafe were published by Ridus on April 8, 2014 - three days after the detention of Alexei Sutuga, although the incident itself occurred in January. The material was illustrated by a photograph of a stem made, presumably immediately after the detention in the police station.

“I talked with a man from the Ridus publishing house,” the victim of Mirza did not unlock in court when he was asked about the pictures from the cafe that appeared on the network.
In another text about the Ridus process, he claims that the photograph of the sutuga published by the portal was “taken by our correspondent on the day of detention”. The publication does not explain how the correspondent got into the police department and freely took pictures there. Alexey Sutuga in court explained that the operatives of the EE center photographed him in the department.
The Ridus agency was founded by Blogger Ilya Varlamov in 2011, after his departure and change of editor -in -chief, it became known as the “Agency of Orthodox Journalism” with a light hand of Lenta.ru . The new editor -in -chief was Nikolai Valkovsky, and his deputy was the former editor -in -chief of the website of the Young Guard of United Russia Andrei Gulutin.
Gulutin, who is called the “active fighter with extremism” in the text of the “Ridus” himself, has connections not only with pro -Kremlin activists, but also with supporters of far -right views.
Comment by Andrei Gulutin: “Andrei Gulutin is not a“ supporter of ultra -right views, ”that is, the ideology of the humiliation of some groups of people by different, national or other sign. Andrei Gulutin is not a politician in order to generally impose any views of society and even a neighboring environment. Gulutin, like any layman, as they say, "for all the good against everything bad." The rest of the information published on the website "Autonomous Office", which refers to "Mediazona" also does not correspond to reality. The story about Gulutin’s fights at concerts in youth is generally chickens to laugh, it is necessary either to indicate specific victims, or not to disgrace. The only thing that Gulutin is ready to admit is to participate in the young years in the groups "Bang of Moscow" and "Hook on the right". Participation in these music groups, however, did not show Gulutin’s commitment to any political views. Gulutin, as a musician, replaced dozens of teams of various directions, for example, once played in the Lisichkin Bread group "
“At the beginning of the zero, he actively visited SK-concerts with other Bones (Nazin-Skinhedami-MZ), periodically came into conflicts with normal visitors,” the Gulutin says on the anarchist portal “Autonomous Action”. According to the portal, Gulutin was a drummer in two ultra -right musical groups - the “gangs of Moscow” and “Hook on the right”. The latter maintained close relations with the Russian Image organization, whose leader Ilya Goryachev is now accused as a member of the BORN neo -Nazi group.
In the case file about the murder of lawyer Stanislav Markelov and journalist Anastasia Baburova Andrei Gulutin is mentioned as a familiar neo -Nazi Nikita Tikhonov. In particular, he is mentioned in his testimony by the leader of Huka Right Sergey Erzunov: “Nikita (Tikhonov - Mz.) Talled with one of the members of our group by Gulutin Andrei, the nickname“ Most ”, who also worked in various publications by a journalist and wrote articles for the“ Russian image ”.”
September 24, convicted of life imprisonment for this double murder, received another term on charges of creating Born and other murders, he was sentenced to 18 years in prison.
19-year-old Rustam Mirza used to consider himself an anti-fascist and talked with people from the Antif environment, but then, in his own expression, “interests changed”. The photographs of the “ziging” Mirza back in 2011 appeared on the nazi-watch.noblogs.org blog, where pictures of Russian neo-Nazis are laid out.
The case of Alexei Sutuga is not the first time that Mirza acts as a victim in criminal cases against anti -fascists. According to the materials of the criminal case, the anti -fascists caused Mirza various bodily injuries on August 9, 2010, September 30, 2010 and January 7, 2012. But two of these cases did not reach the court, because they did not find specific guilty ones, another case was closed by reconciliation of the parties.
Mirza spoke in affairs against the anti -fascists not only as the victim, but also as a witness. So, he was a witness to the prosecution of the case of Anton Fatulaev, when he was accused of beating neo -Nazi Yuri Evsyukov (later Evsyukov received a prison term for the murder of Arab). Mirza was a witness to the 282nd. As a result, the court from Fatulaev removed this article after the statute of limitations and sentenced him to 4 years in prison for a fight with football fans working for the “young guard” of United Russia. Fatulaev, according to preliminary data, recently died in the Donbass, where in the summer of 2014 he went to fight for the self -proclaimed LPR.
The operational employee of the 5th Center for Combating Extremism of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow (known as the EE Center) Anton Navrotsky said that he has been working there since 2012. His past place of work was the Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, where Navrotsky wrote a candidate about "Youth extremism using modern technologies." With Alexei Sutuga, the operative of the Center “E” was “a sign of its scientific work”.
The investigator Navrotsky explained to the court that Rustama Mirza knew from the very beginning of his work in the Center “E” in 2012 - the case of the attack of unknown people on Mirza was the first criminal case, which was engaged in Navrotsky.
It was Anton Navrotsky who led the detention of a sow on April 5, 2014. In court, the operative explained that “he completely planned and prepared operational and preventive measures” near the club, where Alexei Sutugu and about ten anti-fascists were detained.
In court, the victim Vyacheslav Belov, a young man with his hands covered with tattoos, categorically denied his belonging to any subcultures or political movements.
Nevertheless, on May 1, 2013, Belov took part in the Russian May Day, where he walked in a column of the so-called NS-Blok. On the photo processions posted on the network, it is clear that the column of neo-Nazis went with a large banner of National Socialism. Each of his own ”(“ Jedem Das Seine ”is a notorious inscription at the entrance to the Buchenwald concentration camp).
Belov - a young man with a burgundy hood - walked in the forefront of this column. He carried a banner with a ultra -right slogan “Blood. Fatherland. Faith".
On the banner that Belov was depicted, the emblem of the Russian neo-Nazi association “Wotanjugend” is depicted , which also calls itself the “hammer of national socialism”. One of the public leaders of this association, Roman Zheleznov (Zuhel), recently escaped to Ukraine - he claims that in Russia he was threatened with criminal prosecution (Zheleznov was already convicted twice - for an armed attack on a teenager and for the theft of marble beef). In Ukraine, he promised to fight as part of the Azov battalion, known for the fact that Ukrainian neo -Nazis prevail among his leadership and ordinary fighters.
- If possible, I will not come anymore? - the victim Belov after the first meeting asked the judge uncertainly.
The future lawyer Rustam Mirza, on the contrary, loudly stated that he wanted to go to the whole process, and after in the corridor he had been asking the prosecutor for a long time how to file a civil lawsuit about compensation for harm (he received bruises). Since then, he has never seen him in court.
The other two defendants in the case did not go to meetings all of August, despite all the decisions of the forced drive. In September, Yezhov and Parkhomenko were still taken to the court-young people appeared there accompanied by men who, in the appearance of recalling operational employees.
The 17-year-old witness Igor Yezhov, who, in his own words, “pressed against the wall and did not suffer” during the brawl, appeared in court with his parents. He said that Alexei Sutuga did not hold the notorious hammer in his hands: “I saw that one of the young people who were next to a souvenue inflicted Belov with a hammer.”
The last of the victims - Mark Parkhomenko - on the eve of the meeting was twenty years old. Nevertheless, he also came to court with his mother. According to Parkhomenko, he took refuge in an inverted table when, in Sbarro, unknown young people suddenly attacked Belov. Parkhomenko suffered from flying mugs - he received a couple of bruises. In court, the young man emphasized that he did not consider himself the victim, but the police who arrived indicated him to remove the beatings. He did not see the defendant to beat someone.
“You see, then we all talked and all the time discussed what had happened. And I specified, or something, accepted the words of others, as if I myself saw it myself ... And then for three months I did not communicate with anyone and tried to honestly remember what I really saw. And I did not see Alexei Sutugu, ”Parkhomenko said firmly in court, explaining why the protocol of interrogation at the preliminary investigation states that he saw that Sutuga Belov had beaten with a hammer.
Men who are similar to the operatives, who brought to the court Parkhomenko and Yezhov, brought to the first meeting both Vyacheslav Belov and Rustam Mirza. One of these men acted in court a witness to the prosecution - he turned out to be the operative of the E -E Center Alexander Khumtsev, who participated in the detention of a stoop. After the trial, the victims of Mirza and Belov, denying their connection with the neo -Nazis, went out into the street, accompanied by two operatives. Together they got into a black van with tinted glasses. At the wheel sat again by the opera of the cooks.
