State Duma deputy Oleg Shein sent a request to the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev in connection with the investigation of the Corruption Fund on a private plane on the eve of the Vice-Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov. This was reported by the deputy himself.
Shein refers to the Typical Code of Ethics and official behavior of civil servants of Russia, which was adopted in 2010. The code requires officials to strive to strive as efficiently as possible the resources that are in their area of responsibility, as well as "avoid conflict situations that can harm the reputation or authority of the state body."
The deputy asks Medvedev to give an order to the commission on the ethics of civil servants to check the messages of the FBK and give them an assessment.
"If you hire private aircraft by the family of the deputy head of the Government of the Russian Federation for transporting dogs to international exhibitions from the point of view of the government of the government belongs to national traditions, strengthens the reputation formed by the Russian government and falls under the concept of effective disposal of the available resources, I ask you to consider the answer to this letter to be too," the deputy wrote.
The day before, the founder of the FBK Alexey Navalny published the materials of the next investigation of the fund. From them it follows that Shuvalov spends 130 million rubles a year on flights on a private plane . Another 40 million goes to the flights of the dogs of Shuvalov’s wife.
FBK employees compared the Bombardier Global Express business jet flights with the M-VQBI on-board number with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister in various state events. In addition, on the same plane, Shuvalov flies to Salzburg, next to which his family has an estate. The rest of the flights of this aircraft took place in cities, where they paced exhibitions of dogs of the Korgi breed. Wife Shuvalova Olga is a well -known breeder of this breed.
At the same time, Navalny notes that the private aircraft does not publicly publicly mention the income of Shuvalov and the Deputy Prime Minister that he owns such a transport. “Let's“ believe ”the deputy prime minister and suppose that the plane is really not him. And if not him, but he uses him regularly, then he rents it,” Navalny notes. The calculations of the cost of rent in the FBK were carried out on the basis of the data of the Private Fly service.
The FBK lawyer Ivan Zhdanov managed to get through to Olga Shuvalova. "Do you want to hear that we, on our plane, declared, carry our dogs to exhibitions, by the way, of the international level, to defend the honor of Russia?" - asked the wife of the Deputy Prime Minister. To this, Zhdanov said that the plane was not declared. Shuvalova left the answer. “You guys are investigating, investigating. You climb into a trap, climb,” she said.
