There is a choice here, but citizens choose there, probably making mistakes that still have to repent, which may be very difficult, but which do not look incorrigible if the choice remains for citizens. And here they choose for citizens, and they do not see their own mistakes point blank.

Living people always make mistakes, this is normal.
