But the Republicans retained the upper house - the Senate, and, according to the latest data, even took away a couple of seats (so far - four) from the Democrats. This has at least one plus: it will be much more difficult for Trump to get into a war game, because history shows that US presidents started wars only when representatives of one party controlled both the White House and Congress. Both sides demonstrate "absolute victory", following the well-known principle:
