This damage will be repeatedly blocked by Ukrainian, which also cannot be correctly calculated. Yes, and it is simply pointless to count in a market economy. If we take, for example, the volume of budget investments allocated for the maintenance of a particular territory - this is, in principle, not a criterion. A normal criterion is how economics and private business are developing, including salaries and jobs without a state, and not due to politically motivated redistribution of taxpayer money.
