Ukraine takes from Russia not only gas, but also the best coaches
The coaches are not afraid to freeze. In football Ukraine there was a new fashion - to invite the former head coaches of the Russian national team to work. Yuri Semin and Boris Ignatiev have already employed in Dynamo Kiev, Valery Gazzaev is negotiating with Donetsk Shakhtar
Two years ago, when the Petersburg “Zenit” stared with Shakhtar about the transition of the football player Tymoshchuk for $ 20 million, suddenly curious information went: most of this rather large amount of Gazprom as the owner of Zenit will pay Shakhtar in the form of gas supplies. Almost immediately, however, she was angrily refuted from two sides: money, only money and nothing but money. And if this happened now, Donetsk, perhaps, would have taken gas not only partially, but everything entirely.
True, the situation is somewhat different with the coaches: as a rule, they don’t have to bite them off, you just have to wait when they themselves part with their former employers and rest a little. Semina to Kyiv was invited a couple of months after the end of work in Lokomotiv; Ignatiev in early autumn ceased to train the Ramensky Saturn to become an assistant to Semin in this January; Gazzaev just broke up with CSKA, and in Donetsk he is waiting for the summer. The trend, however ...
All three at one time trained the Russian team - without much, however, success: no one has a triumph, then the qualifying cycle, then it did not complete the exit to the final part of the World Cup or Europe. But at the club level, Semin and Gazzaev were the most successful coaches in Russia of the new century, for several years Lokomotiv with CSKA played gold exclusively with each other. Now, it seems, they will have similar showdowns in the neighboring championship.
It has long been accustomed to watching this championship in Russia: they say, there are only two teams that deserve attention - just Dynamo and Shakhtar, and all the rest that are confused under their feet, they would suddenly fought in the Russian championship for places in the second ten. The explanation for this is simple: Dynamo and Shakhtar, behind which are the richest people of Ukraine, respectively Grigory Surkis and Renat Akhmetov, are many times richer than all other clubs. And for complete happiness, they lack only the success of their teams at the international level - neither the numerous Ukrainian specialists who took up Kyivans, nor foreigners who practiced in Shakhtar, have not coped with this task. (The most starry of them was the Italian Nevio Scala, whom the President of the club Akhmetov fired in a very original way: the rock, sitting at home, received salary money on the account monthly, and was awarded and telegrams from the ex-boss: “Congratulations on the end of the contract!”)
Gazzaev won the UEFA Cup, Semin more than once reached the semifinals in the Cup Cup, and managed to work on the image of the Ukrainian championship when in August in the Champions Champions qualifying round, he brutally humiliated Spartak - twice 4: 1. It is one thing to virtually compare, at the level of the middle peasants, and quite another - in a full -time confrontation between leaders.
You can, of course, recall that the recent version of the reverse castling is the arrival of the former head coach of the Ukrainian team Oleg Blokhin in the “Moscow” gave an anti-result: after the fourth place in 2007, the club barely caught on the tenth in the next season. But there were objective reasons for that: Blokhin came to the structure, whose owner was Mikhail Prokhorov, who in the mid-2008 departed, and the semi-navigable team was already more tormented than lived. And Blokhin was not dismissed in Ahmetovsky: they gathered a team for a friendly dinner about the end of the season and announced at all that she would no longer have a previous coach. They also added that football players in connection with the growing crisis are waiting for a reduction in salaries. (And where now Oleg Vladimirovich orders to return, if at home - Russians? ..)
But in Ukraine, there is no crisis, at least, as if there was no football, otherwise Boris Petrovich Ignatiev would have broken, but with little money. And Valery Georgievich Gazzaev is threatening three assistants to bring with them ...
