The crisis began to take human lives. On January 14, the famous entrepreneur Vladimir Zubkov, the owner of Sobi, was shot in Moscow, one of the largest Russian concerns for the sale of air and railway tickets. On January 16, in Nizhny Novgorod, a co-owner of the Intermoda premium chain of stores Sergey Polyakov was found hanging. The first reported in a suicide note about serious debts, the second - about overwhelming banking obligations.
According to the director of the SNC of social and judicial psychiatry named after Serbian Tatyana Dmitrieva , from the beginning of the crisis, the number of appeals of Russians for psychological help has grown by about 20%. Moreover, as psychologists report from the places, most often they are addressed not by those who really suffered from the crisis-they lost their jobs or money, but an alarming and abuse, who are afraid of the approach of the crisis and the unknown, associated with it. It is these are the main customers of all kinds of psychological trainings that can both heal and reduce into the abyss.
Leave the body
In the life of Mila, the beginning of the financial crisis and the followed troubles at work coincided with failures in their personal life and absolute discontent. At this moment, the friend enthusiasted her about some courses that she went through: after them all the participants seem to come out with inspired and crowded ideas about how to improve their life. Mila decided to try. “It seemed to me that I am acting as a mature business person who prefers not to cry, but to act,” she says today.
“Living corpse” and “victim” - Mila received such labels from the coach after the first step of the training, which consisted mainly of conversations “For Life”. I did not want to stay with such labels, and she went to the next step. There, teammates had to say what they saw Mila during the classes. “You are manifested for me as a cold soulless knitch,” the head coach caressed (the phrase is given literally). The meaning of the exercise was that a person learned to evaluate himself adequately. And in order to teach the participants to appreciate their lives, they turned off the light and they offered to imagine themselves to the coffin to specially selected music. In the record was the knock of the clogged nails and comers of the earth falling on the lid of the coffin.
Then, a “captain” was attached to Mile, to whom she had to call every morning at 6 o’clock and consulted to report on everything that was on her mind. Gradually, personal life ceased to be personal. But Mila did not immediately understand this.
“It would seem that every day I had to become more successful and happier,” says Mila. - But I had a terrible tearfulness, which I could not restrain any forces. Remaining alone at home, I turned on the water in the bathroom and for a long time I got into my voice from incomprehensible grief. The appetite began to disappear, the attacks of panic and horror, absolutely unmotivated. ”
Once in despair, she called an old friend. Seeing Mila, he was shocked: it was a shadow from a man. It was he who explained to her that she participated in a training based on the Lifespring methodology, whose victims were hundreds of people around the world ...
A tablet from everything
According to the estimates of the analysts of the seminars portal, the number of visitors to various trainings for the past five years increased annually by 40%. With the beginning of the crisis, this figure has still increased.
“Life has become much more intense, especially in large cities,” explains Maria Fedorova, an employee of the Institute of Group and Family Psychology and Psychotherapy (ISIS) . -It is required to build a career, comply with some norms. This "meat grinder" makes a person to give an old one more than he can devastate him. A crisis is added to all this today. Therefore, a person begins to look for ways that help to stay in this life, not to go crazy. And one of these methods is the training. ”
True, very often, according to Fedorova, people who have come to a psychologist or training are looking for a universal tablet from their problems, pain, fear. It is on the fragile psyche of such customers that tough “leadership” methods that are based on psychological breaking, trauma of consciousness, humiliation are largely on.
“When an injured person comes to such a training, instead of being treated, he adapts to him. And this only increases his psycho -trauma, ”says Maria Fedorova. - Therefore, you need to listen to your own sensations very carefully. If you feel that you are humiliated, hurt your dignity, it is better to leave. Although they will inspire you that these are complexes that prevent you from presenting yourself and developing. But this is a trap and manipulation. To create something, you need to have boundaries that help us remain people. If they are destroyed, there is nothing to rely on a person and only chaos remains inside. ”
Five percent of trust
Over the past 10 years in Russia, tens of thousands of people have passed through destructive trainings, said the assistant professor of the State University of Higher Professional Education Evgeny Volkov . Volkov has been dealing with the problem of so -called psychocults for 14 years. Today, in the “black” list of training companies, about 30 large organizations, and wolves constantly identifies their small clones. The “crop” from the current crisis wolves expects later: according to him, the crisis has not yet fully manifested itself and did not reach everyone. Tatyana Dmitrieva also agrees with this: “How much the crisis will last and whether it will have to“ delay the belts ”for a long time - no one knows, and this is precisely the stressfulness of the current moment.” But every fourth is a man with increased suggestibility. But the main reason for the passion for various pseudo -groups, according to experts, is the mass psychological illiteracy of Russians. “People become victims of charlatans and scammers because of their own ignorance,” explains Evgeny Volkov. - At the same time, in science, tremendous knowledge about the mechanisms of influence on the psyche, about how to recognize manipulations are accumulated. But in the education system - both secondary and higher - this knowledge is completely absent. ”
Moreover: in Russia, psychological activity does not apply to medical and therefore is not licensed.
“No more than 5% of the training in Russia deserve confidence,” says Alexey Zakharov, a researcher at the RA O. psychological institute, “even among those who leave universities with psychologists diplomas, only a small part can become practicing specialists. Therefore, mandatory certification of psychologists is needed. ”
In the meantime, the situation in the market of psychological services is uncontrollable, experts advise seeking psychological help to large training centers. And one more thing: do not hesitate to ask the documents and carefully look at which communities include this or that specialist. But, perhaps, the most important thing is not to lose the ability to critical thinking. Otherwise, there is a risk for your own money to stay in fools - and, most regrettable, literally, the word.
