Ossetian lesson. In December 2011, when Alla Dzhioeva, not known outside Tskhinval, won the second round of the presidential election in South Ossetia, began to seek recognition of her victory, Moscow could still somehow repent the South Ossetian society for “immaturity”. Now, after Jioev was beaten, there is no one to blame for: the Kremlin trace in the latest events in Tskhinval is visible quite clearly
December 2011 arranged everyone: the warring parties-representatives of Eduard Kokoita and Alla Dzhioeva-finally managed to land at the negotiating table *** The New Times No. 41 of December 5, 2011 and No. 43 of December 19, 2011, on December 10, they reached a compromise: Kokoita resigned, Dzhioev refused to be planned for December inauguration, the inauguration. agreeing to go to new elections scheduled for March 25. But in less than two weeks, she voiced the intention to abandon the agreements-because of disagreement with numerous appointments that he spent before the resignation of Kokoita, actually retaining his positions in power. And at the very end of January 2012, Gioeva announced a new date for her inauguration-February 10. True, the associates did not support her in this, considering that she would only provoke bloodshed ...
But Alla Gioeva is already tired of waiting and believing. For weeks earlier, she went to Moscow, swore fidelity to Putin, tried to break through to Medvedev, she was bred by political strategists from a certain “Development” fund, which at one time founded by former Russian deputy prime ministers and Skokov. In response, two days before the intended inauguration, the parliament of South Ossetia, controlled by Kokoita, adopted a law under which candidates with outstanding criminal records cannot participate in the new elections. In fact, there was a “point” Antijoyevsky law-of all the applicants, only it had the case with the Kokoitov femid: in 2010 was sentenced to two years and two months conditionally for fraud and abuse of power. Gioeva was then the Minister of Education, she was charged with the purchase of textbooks with a 5% discount in Pyatigorsk and their implementation in South Ossetia without a discount. The ex-Minister himself, of course, insisted that her is a political matter-revenge for criticism of the president.
On February 9, Jioeva headquarters surrounded 200 fighters (for reference: about 25 thousand current permanent population of the republic accounted for 300 Goshramnaya fighters), then they broke the doors and broke into the premises. Gioeva in their strong hands lost consciousness, remembers only that she was dragged with a drag and, like a bag of potatoes, was thrown into the car and taken to the Republican Hospital (the head physician Mairbek Kokoev - the brother of the Kokoitovsky prosecutor, whose resignation was required by the opposition). At first they talked about a stroke there, then about hypertensive crisis, but each time they emphasized that the patient was not subjected to violence until they finally admitted: yes, there are abrasions and bruises on the body. Now Alla Alekseevna was transferred from intensive care to a regular ward, she no longer talks about the inauguration, is going to ask for refuge abroad. But not in Russia, whose citizen is and in whose authorities it was disappointed.
Involuntary struggle
Alla Gioeva became the leader of the opposition and the national leader by accident. In September last year, she was a confidant of presidential candidate Dzambolat Tedeev. He was not allowed to the elections. Once, Kokokuta, a physical education teacher, began his career as a businessman and racketeer in the Tedeev team, a famous fighter, and the head coach of the Russian freestyle wrestling team. Then they quarreled, and already during the reign of Kokoita the brother of Tedeev died. So the former president had the reason to fear him to replace a truly strong hand. As a result, Gioeva submitted an application and was registered as a candidate. To defeat the Coccutian protege Anatoly Bibilov, she had the support of Tedeev and the authority of a well -deserved teacher. She, politically naive, managed to become a person of that part of the society that demanded truth, justice and changes. The elections in South Ossetia, oddly enough, turned out to be real. Probably because representatives of all candidates signed on each issued ballot, and even in the passport they put a mark.

But Tedeev still “got”. On Friday, February 10, the head coach of Russian fighters preparing for the London Olympics gave an interview in which he expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that a woman in South Ossetia could also break the ribs. A few hours later, already at night, the agencies distributed a message from the president of the Federation of Wrestling Mikhail Mamiashvili about the resignation of Dzambolat Tedeev. Then a very confused clarification followed: he went on vacation for health reasons, feels related to his homeland, where important events are taking place ...
And then Russian investigators presented him with wiretaps of last year’s conversations with Tskhinval, where he advises to break into government offices. Now Tedeev is facing an attempt in an attempt to violent seizure of power. Interrogations go in Moscow, so the Kremlin will not discern from the events in Tskhinval.
Kremlin phobias *
How will events develop? Most likely, in the upcoming elections at the end of March, in the absence of at least a little popular candidate there will be no winner. Most of the voters who voted behind Gioev and stood in the square will simply not come. Then, according to the Constitution, the following elections will be appointed no earlier than two years later. And all this time the republic will lead the acting President Vadim Brovtsev, a prime minister with a dubious past, sent from Russia.
Perhaps the chairman of the South Ossetian parliament Zurab Kokoev is now not in vain sitting in Moscow. Most likely, according to representatives of the opposition, the idea of the transition to the parliamentary republic is being worked out, because it was not without reason that Edward Kokoita shifted the current speaker of the parliament from the post of head of the ruling party, thereby securing control over the parliament, including the future - resting to peace after all his repressions for him.
It can be assumed that the Kremlin is actually not interested in preserving Kokoita: these are, they say, the former and current employees of the Presidential Administration-Modest Kolrov and Vladislav Gasumyanov try to cover the consequences of their manual administration of the “independent” republic. As a result of which, for example, out of 41 billion rubles issued by Russia after 08.08.08, the County Chamber of the Russian Federation could not find traces of 26 billion.
But the scope and unceremoniality of the created indicate the very top. Obviously, the cocoys is a danger to the Kremlin: if something happens, he may well tell the world how two wars were prepared (2004 and 2008), to tell that the main goal was to prevent Georgia in NATO. And so Moscow goes to its conditions.
However, since the cocoys are dangerous for the Kremlin, it means that the Kremlin is dangerous for cocolate. No wonder he did not agree to move to Russia. After all, it is here that his main enemy lives - Dzambolat Tedeeev, who is separated from the Russian establishment in advance and whose hands are now untied.
Such a version not only has the right to exist, but can also turn out to be the most believable. In the end, the Russian authorities, intervening in the events in South Ossetia, showed that it spits on the very idea of the state, the legitimacy of relations in it and is ready to destroy any state mechanism if it requires its interests and meaningless phobias. And in this is the main lesson of events in Tskhinval for Russian citizens living on any side of the Caucasian ridge.
