Maybe they will justify

On May 15, an action was held in Yasenev against illegal development. To interfere with the actions of developers and employees of the ChOP, guarding the construction, local residents turned to the police. As a result, the police who arrived at the place detained three protesters, accusing them of disobedience. Another woman, after an attempt to arrest, called an ambulance. First, I’ll tell the background - in February, in our house territory there was a self -capture of the Earth by developers, a number of documents turned out to be fake (so, the real estate department confirmed that the seizure of land was carried out), but with the power support of the Chop and the police, they carry out their work. We had clashes with the Chopovtsy before, but we called the police, and they helped us.

Yesterday there was a fracture: the police sided with the merchants and the beginning of the detention under a far -fetched pretext, namely, the organization of the picket, although we had no posters, we had no slogans. We just stood on a pedestrian path, blocking the entry of construction equipment, which should not go by law along this path - that's why we called the police. In addition, Chop began to use force outside the construction site - to fight, break his hands, although only the protection of the territory is included in their powers.

I was detained first as the organizer - I had documents in my hands on violations by the developer. It was a kind of provocation - police officers in a private order warned us that in the morning the head of the police department was an oral disposal under any pretext to prevent the construction work - there was probably a corruption component. I was taken about 11 hours and brought to the police department. In the police department, realizing that I did not violate picket in any way, they re -qualified the case under Article 19.3 - a violation of the police order. After 15 minutes, two more were brought - a man and a woman, the inhabitants of our house, who were detained as participants. During the detention, they were also told that they violated the rules of picket, and in the police department itself - that they violated the police order.

They treated us pretty well at the police department, put in the dressing room and brought water. True, we spent five o'clock there. Police officers were surprised, but said: “We are doing our work - we brought us, they said what article to draw up, we draw up.” The documents executed five hours, took fingerprints, clarified something, there were different procedural issues. Then we waited for a car carrier on which we were taken to the justice of the peace, but he said that this was not in his competence and refused to consider the issue. Then we were taken from the justice of the peace in the cargozak to the Cheremushkinsky court - it was already six hours - where we were refused to accept us too, since administrative cases are considered up to 12. Here the lieutenant colonel appeared, the same one who ordered us to arrest, he said: “I will agree now,” he went down, then went down and said: “I will not be able to agree, and that we will be taken to the police department, where they will leave us for the night. But in the end, they brought us to the district police officer near the house, we wrote the receipts that we undertake to come at 9 a.m. the next day in the AVD Yasenevo for further sending us to the court.

We arrived the next day, but we were advised to transfer the court under the pretext that we do not have a lawyer and we need time to get acquainted with the case. I asked the judge about this, and she postponed the meetings, appointing all three different days. My court will be on Friday, May 23. By the way, there is a video that shows how they delay me: we are standing, we are talking peacefully with the police, here the lieutenant colonel leaves and says that this organizer must be knitted. I was delayed softly-in general, I did not resist. So maybe they will justify.
