“All materials of the case indicate my innocence. I did not commit any crimes on May 6, 2012, I could not commit them. He had no intent, moreover, he did not even have thought. In Bolotnaya Square that day I was in view of my scientific interests, consisting in the study of virtual communicative ways of the Internet, their connection with mass actions. All the shares that I had visited before and have been studied - the information about them is contained in my course work. Information about this action was also supposed to enter my future diploma. If I had done something criminal, I would certainly have said about it at the preliminary investigation or in court, because I never set myself the goal of misleading someone.

As for everything else: I could not and did not even have any thoughts to carry out violence against anyone. I generally considered it unacceptable to throw any objects, light or heavy, in representatives of the authorities. But, nevertheless, we see that the victim - the representative of OMON Filippov - has damage to the head, lower leg, forearm. In fact, these damage indicate that he had been inflicted on some blows. The people who applied them do not go on business, they were not found in principle. Who delayed me? Four people were detained: three were in the form of riot police, one in a dark gray form. I remembered these people, they are visible in the photographs. The detention took place in Bolotnaya Square. I did not shout anti -government slogans, and indeed that day I did not hear them shout. In the chain I ended up, stood in it for about half an hour, because the situation was created: people could fall or be crushed, because the detentions were carried out, people shied away. There was no way to leave Bolotnaya Square at that moment. If there were other circumstances, there would be an opportunity to leave - of course, there is no doubt, I would have done it.

As for the presented incident, I stated on July 31, 2013 at a meeting in the Moscow City Court, when I saw myself from the back, I raise the subject and throw it a few meters ahead. At that moment I was without glasses, but my vision allowed me to see that the object had fallen on the asphalt. Anyway, what illegal actions can be discussed if I have a family - wife, son. How could this be included in my plans if I realize all responsibility for such actions? Therefore, I ask the court to recognize me as innocent, to finish the criminal case and make an acquittal. ”
