Nadir Fatov was detained at the people's memorial on the Nemtsov Bridge. He reported this by calling the OVD-Info hotline.

According to the activist, the police detained him when he tried to prevent Gormost's employees from destroying the memorial under the pretext of "clearing the bridge." He was taken to the Kitai-Gorod police station.
