Leonid Razvoszhaev in Kyiv detained the power structures of other countries. This was stated by Interfax said the head of the public relations department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Volodymyr Polishchuk. According to him, such a conclusion can be drawn from the video shown on Russian television channels. Polishchuk noted that Razvozhaev was accompanied by employees of the Russian FSB. The New Times has repeatedly written about the abductions of the Tajik opposition in Russia. These abductions were carried out by representatives of the power structures of the countries of the former USSR with the silent consent of the Russian special services, as well as with their participation. This became completely clear after the decision of the Strasbourg Court, issued in November 2010 in the case of the stolen Tajik opposition Muhamadruzi Iskandarov.
The last loud story is the disappearance of the Tajik opposition Nizomhon Dzhuraev, freed from the pre -trial detention center of Zelenograd on April 7, 2012. A few days later, Juraev was in a pre -trial detention center in National Security in Dushanbe.
Under pressure, Nizhon Dzhuraev told Tajikistan state television that he drove through three borders without a passport and ended up in Dushanbe, surrendering to the national security committee.
The story of the abduction of Leonid Razvoszhaev from Ukraine shows: the Russian intelligence agencies, about whose participation in the abduction of the Uzbek and Tajik opposition from the territory of Russia, is said in the decisions of the Strasbourg Court and in statements of international organizations - today carry out such operations with their citizens.
