At the end of May, the government was forced to introduce an emergency regime of the federal level in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Irkutsk region and in the Stavropol Territory. This means that without the help of the center, the regions can no longer cope with the revelry of the elements. Krasnoyarsk Territory and Irkutsk region are burning. In the Stavropol Territory - the strongest flood over the past 50 years.

In the Irkutsk region and the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the wind up to 27 m/s in combination with the ridiculous tradition of burning dry grass led to the death of two people. More than a hundred houses, ten settlements and three enterprises burned down. In the Stavropol Territory, 14 settlements are flooded, these are over a thousand houses. And although the water level in the Refushes of the reservoir ceased to increase and, according to the head of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation Vladimir Puchkov, there is no more threat of breaking through the dam, the situation remains extremely difficult. Over 3 thousand employees of the Ministry of Emergencies are involved in the fight against floods, and military service units deployed in the region are ready to help them.

Since April, the local emergency regime has been operating in the Novosibirsk region, which is now experiencing a second wave of flood. Forests due to grasses are burning in the Arkhangelsk region. And in the list of territories with a high risk of fires, the Avialeshokhran included Buryatia, the Republic of Altai, Altai Territory, the Republic of Tuva, the Omsk, Tomsk regions, and, despite the lead, the Novosibirsk region.
