Young people have been discussing for a week, at different angles: why she went out onto the streets, what she led out, that she had in mind with this way out. You can prove as much as you like that there were no more than usual schoolchildren for promotions on March 26, that the young at any rally is more noticeable than others, and in general, protest is a natural property of youth. And they also often fall into the camera (in both senses of the word) and, unlike most of my generation protesters, they can climb into a lamppost, where they can be clearly visible. But the voice of common sense is lost in a choir, enthusiastic or indignant: for some reason everyone wants to believe that there were no young people before, but now it has become.
And perhaps this is more indicated not about the essence of the current protest actions, but about the time in general.
The previous time with youth rushed so in the late 1980s-the protesters of my generations should remember this. “Is it easy to be young”, “courier” and “Assa”, endless articles and stories about informals, youth editions in magazines, “Dubler Days” at enterprises, journalistic programs with a specially equipped, where they are sitting, which are sitting, who have come from the teenagers from Street, and the Voice of the Leader “Give the Word of the Stairs!” It was as if it is understood that now this silent young people will finally put all points. Suddenly it seemed that the youth was fundamentally different, incomprehensible; She thought of herself secretly from adults, in this secret the keys to the future were hidden by something-and it would be nice for the young people to find out everything about them until it became too late.
When the stairs were given a word, she did not offer, as it is customary to say, a positive agenda, but accused the adults of double-huminia and hypocrisy-they say, you endlessly shock the ideals of communism, and you only think about the Czech set. There was not always an anti -Soviet message in this, the staircase did not oppose the ideals, but for sequence.
And if you decipher the words that today's staircase says - answering the questions of journalists, arguing with the teachers, commenting on each other “VKontakte” - the picture is surprisingly similar.
It is not Medvedev, not Putin, not security, not their palaces, not even corruption as such. Annoying doubles
It is not Medvedev, not Putin, not security, not their palaces, not even corruption as such. Annoying doubles. You endlessly amaze with patriotism and traditional values, but you think only about yachts and mansions. You urge us to change into a rag, or in a tunic, but you yourself do not take off the costumes of Brioni, promote asceticism - and confess Siberism. Let's either go there or here.
Again, it is clear why this is happening right now. The first generation was sitting on the stairs, which did not find not only Stalin, but even the exposure of Stalin. Their whole life went in a calm and monotonous late-Soviet Union, they felt how Rust is corroded, they wanted more or something completely different. The youth, who went to protest promotions on March 26 (or rather, which everyone wants to see on protests), did not find not only the USSR, but even the collapse of the Union, injuries from this union. Their whole life took place in a calm and monotonous post-Soviet Russia, which at the end began to turn into a strange hybrid Miami and Pyongyang, and they wanted something more. What was not difficult to predict: sow non -consumption - you will reap the non -permanent.
Ekaterina Schulman writes in the publication “Such things” that the state propaganda of recent years activates the mind of the Soviet zone. If you do not have these zones in consciousness, it just does not work. If you did not yearn for the destroyed empire, did not stand on the clothing market, having lost their jobs at the Research Institute, did not remember how Rodnina cried under the Soviet anthem - neither the promises of “reaching Kyiv”, nor a reminder of the “dashing nineties”, nor the Soviet anthem actually work on you. You will neither rejoice in this, nor fight it, nor afraid of it. Perhaps you will have the opportunity to see something else-that the inescapable Czech set, which turned on the next historical round into a yacht, is not what a person makes a person happy. That a constant demonstration of their own status and suppression of those who do not possess this status is not the most advantageous human strategy. That in addition to the raids and a turn there are cooperation and mutual assistance. That you can perceive the world around us not as a ring of threats, but as a chain of possibilities. At least while you are young and sit on the stairs, I want to believe that it happens.
The continuation of the conversation is in the main topic of the number.
