Earlier, Alexander Pogrebov, Alexei Shirozhukhov, Evgenia Korotkova and Anna Lepeshkina, lovers of Beisjamping - extreme parachutes, were sent to house arrest in the same case. They were unlucky to jump from the Stalinist skyscraper on the same night when the Bandera blasphemy took place on the spire of the building. Most likely, they were not even familiar with Gregory Mustang Wanted - a Ukrainian ruffer (a lover of climbing roofs), which took responsibility for the action. But the investigation is not yet ready to remove the charges from them.
As the lawyer Vadim Lisitsyn, representing the interests of one of the new arrested, 19-year-old Vladimir Podrezov, his client and Kirill Ishutin, indeed, the friends of the Ukrainian Mustang, told the OVD-Info. Ishutin is taking place in the case as a witness, and he was arrested because he found drugs during a search. Sharzov refuses testimony, referring to the 51st article of the Constitution, does not admit himself guilty-the investigation considers him an accomplice of the “crime”.
According to the lawyer, the ruffers are completely apolitical. Their hobby is to climb higher and take a picture there in order to show friends, "how cool they are." So, according to Lisitsyn, this leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs invents the political background of this act.
“Mustang” told his associates in the Rufer subculture that he wanted to climb a high -rise and put the flag of Ukraine there. Lisitsyn believes that there is nothing illegal in his hooking. The establishment of a criminal case for hanging the flag of Ukraine, rather, in itself needs to be qualified as inciting hatred between Russians and Ukrainians.
According to a lawyer, Mustang and cuts and cuts climbed onto the Stalin High Skip. The cuts were only up to the 19th floor, and there was a comrade to wait. He did not know that Mustang had not only a flag, but also paint. An examination is being conducted regarding Polovzov, and the lawyer is sure that she will show that his client did not come into contact with the paint on the star.
According to Lisitsyn, the “Flag on the Star” case differs from the Pussy Riot case (these two criminal cases are increasingly comparing), even if the star was painted without witnesses, which excludes violation of public order. In his opinion, “hooliganism” was added to “vandalism” in this case, in order to be able to be sent to a pre -trial detention center before the trial.
