The Siberian generating company sued the GILLFOND GUK. The General Director of the SGK told the TVC television company that he has been negotiating with the “housing fund” for a year, trying to repay debts, but to no avail.

He repeatedly suggested that the company's leadership restructure the debt for 10 years with a transition to direct payments from citizens.

However, the "Zhilfond" does not go to any agreements. And explains the formed debt of almost 2 billion rubles by the fact that the Krasnoyarsk residents delay the payment for heat energy.

This, according to Mikhail Kuznetsov, to put it mildly, is not true. According to the information available to the SGK, since the beginning of the year the Krasnoyarsk has already paid 200 million rubles more to the GILLFOND GUK than the company transferred to the SGK.

To sue is an extreme measure, but it, according to the general director of the Siberian generating company, is forced.

The longer to wait for the resolution of the issue, the more the duty becomes. And sooner or later, as the law permits, it will be included in the tariff and will fall on the shoulders of ordinary consumers.
