Civil activist, participated in rallies in 2012, was an observer in the presidential election. On May 6, he was detained in Bolotnaya Square. He received a blow from the riot police with a club on the back of the head, after which he was dragged several meters on asphalt. Having kept in a pre -trial detention center all night, Bakhov was released.
On June 10, at about four in the morning, he was again arrested at home after a search. Investigators took all the office equipment and even family photos. Bakhov is accused of breaking the police cordon and hitting a policeman. The testimony of two riot police and video recording are given as evidence, which shows how three riot police beat a man, and Fedor tries to help him. Bakhov’s sister says: “Neither I nor Fedya could pass this, and our mother would have embarked.” At first, Bakhov, on the advice of the appointed lawyer, pleaded guilty, but after a meeting with an independent lawyer Anna Gerny, he refused to testify and filed a complaint against the former lawyer Polov, who promised to release Fedor on a subscription of the lower -off wizard.
The Basmanny Court left Fedor twice under arrest, the last time - until November 5. The investigation explained the choice of a preventive measure by the presence of an expired and the passport, as well as the “severity of the crime”, which was seized and withdrawn by the investigation.
On November 6, Fedor was released on a recognizance not to leave .
