Black smoke of resignation

What a conscientious person our Moscow mayor is! Before the metro had time to malfunction three times in one day, he immediately resigned. True, wits claim that the result of the September elections is a foregone conclusion today, but I believe that this is nothing more than speculation: after all, the smoke that poured out of the metro tunnels was black!
