Rudeness and denunciation in one bottle
Once upon a time I decided that I would never comment on the texts of colleagues. The case of a journalist is to describe the realities. And to write about how another journalist interprets these realities, in my opinion, rather boring. However, not everyone shares this approach. And periodically I come across a deeply unpleasant assessment of my modest activity. Just such an assessment was made by the editor-in-chief of the Military-Industrial Courier Mikhail Hododenok. If you try to summarize somewhat musk and quite, I note, the boorish text, then it boils down to the fact that a certain A. Golts, who did not serve in the army and does not have either military or engineering education, which is also distinguished by pro-Western views, has the arrogance of speaking out of military-space defense.
I must say that the second part of the text is devoted to your humble servant. In the first part, the excavation is given to the former deputy chief of the military air defense of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (2005-2009) Alexander Tazikhulakhov, who, in his article in “Independent Military Review”, dared, like me, to doubt the correctness of the system of aerospace defense. It would seem that Major General cannot be reproached for incompetence. But Mr. Hodarok reminds him that at his modest post he never knew "issues of military construction on a country's scale and the armed forces." And, therefore, has no right to speak out in this subject. Like, his level is no higher than the level of the commander of the air defense brigade. With this approach, the Shtafirka Goltsa should be completely silent in a rag. I note, however, that if you are guided by the logic of Mr. Hodarenka, then he himself cannot criticize the opinion of the older Major General Tazukhulakhov. In addition, he cannot at all work as an editor -in -chief, without a day, having studied at the Faculty of Journalism. About the Minister of Defense, who has no military education, and is scary to mention. Anatoly Serdyukov clearly does not meet the high requirements of Mr. Hodarenka and risks running into severe criticism.
Lord, instead of a substantial discussion, I switched to conversation in the style of “And who are you” - it should be admitted that the form of dispute proposed by the host. So let's move on to the essence of the accusations. So, in my text in the “hedgehog”, I had a misfortune to doubt (as well as the Major General of the Tazeehulahs declared incompetent) in the need to create a phantom called “Aerial-space defense”. I justified this by the fact that enemy warheads in space and cruise missiles in airspace are monitored by different radar stations and destroyed by various interceptors. There is no need (except for bureaucratic) in the unification of air defense forces and space forces. Mr. Hododenok claims (as far as one can understand from his very confused explanations) that the old A-35 system of the Moscow missile defense system had the ability to destroy goals both in airspace and in space. At the same time, he is silent about one cute detail - namely, that such a magnificent system destroyed enemy warheads through a nuclear explosion. No one knows what consequences the explosion of nuclear ammunition in outer space over the central district of Russia could lead to. The consequences of intercepting the warheads of a terrible enemy in the atmosphere in this way are too obvious. By the way, the deployment of the A-35 system so exalted by the host of the A-35 system was quite limited due to, to put it mildly, low efficiency. And for some reason, the A-135 system that has come to a replacement has two types of interceptors, some for the destruction of missiles in space, others in the atmosphere. Obviously, experts who are not a couple of a couple, for some reason, decided that they were also needed to destroy enemy missiles in different environments.
Mr. Hodarok came into even greater irritation from my words that in four years since the setting of the S-400 S-400 system, the Almaz-Antei concern has produced as many as 32 launchers. “And if the author gives any specific numbers (32 installations), then he should be given a qualified explanation (why exactly, and not otherwise),” exclaims Mr. Khododenok. It must be understood that he is interested in where I got these numbers. Of course, I have neither engineering nor military education. But I learned the rules of arithmetic firmly. Representatives of the air defense command have repeatedly reported that two regiments were armed with S-400 complexes. In each - two divisions. And in the division - 8 launches.

But it is possible that Mr. Hodarok wants from me an explanation of why it is Almaz-Antey that works so badly. I think that it would be more logical for him to turn to Igor Ashurbeyli, the author of the idea of publication of the “military-industrial courier” and the chairman of his editorial council. By a strange coincidence of the circumstances, Igor Ashurbeyli headed not only the editorial council, until recently, he led the GSKA System Design Bureau (GSKB) of the Almaz-Antey Air Defense Concern. He could have been able to explain to the inquisitive Khodarenka quite competently why the concern could not reach the S-400 serial production.
From myself, I note that Almaz-Antei is characterized by all systemic diseases of the domestic military-industrial complex. First of all, this is the inability to create a chain of production cooperation. More recently, the deputy general director of the design bureau Almaz-Antey, Yuri Soloviev, publicly complained about problems with the element base.
Having exhausted the substantial claims to a specific text, Mr. Khodorkok wonders if Golz is an agent of the influence of the insidious West. Thank God, the answer is negative. Already too Golts is incompetent. It’s just not patriotic enough: “If you analyze its last works on these issues, then the output as a whole turns out: the GLONASS-absurd system, a heavy carrier on liquid fuel-stupid things, EVERYTHING-heresy, S-500-SOOD,“ BULAVA ”-Akhinea, Supporting System-Galicia, Preparation of Mobilization Resources-Brad, NATO-FUCK-The United States is certainly not The enemy (in the latter I would very much like to believe, only the "friendly" bombing of the last decades interfere). "
I must say that Mr. Hodarok as a whole correctly described my views. Yes, I believe that the draft system in Russia has exhausted itself and that the country needs a very small mobilization reserve (it seems that the military department is now holding the same point of view). As for certain weapons systems, I am sure that the money allocated to their production will be meaninglessly wasted, how the money allocated as part of the defense order last year was wasted. The fact is that the Russian military -industrial complex needs radical reform, which I also wrote about repeatedly.
By the way, I not only critic. I like something extremely. For example, the wonderful initiative of the Minister of Defense, who wants to make prices for military products transparent. He resolutely rejects attempts to put all kinds of non -production costs into this price - the cost of maintaining a kindergarten, a holiday housing and the like. If we mean the previous position of the head of the editorial council of the Military-Industrial Courier, then there is a suspicion whether the newspaper is such a non-core asset of Almaz Antei? Is the cost of maintaining such patriotic journalists to the price of the S-400 launchers? Does the state budget of Mr. Hodarenka do not finance in this way? If so, then his irritation is clear. The creation of a chimera called “Aerospace Defense” will provide him with a comfortable existence for years. And then some Golts doubts ...
