Putin must leave!
Citizens of Russia! The realization that our country by the will of the ruling elite was in a historical impasse, prompted us to publish this appeal.

The presentation of a person with a person with a dubious reputation, who was not distinguished by either talents or necessary life and professional experience, predetermined the sharp degradation of all the institutions of public administration, who was looking for a family of practically unlimited power over Russia.

The need for changes is already felt by a significant part of the ruling "elite", it is enough to recall the sensational opus "Russia, forward!" However, the project of Medvedev’s “modernization” is clearly simulated and serves as the only goal - to summarize the scenery, preserving the nature of the regime of authoritarian kleptocracy.

We argue that the socio-political structure that destroys Russia, which today is imposed on the citizens of our country, has an architect, curator and guardian in one person. His name is Vladimir Putin.

We argue that in Russia today no essential reforms are impossible, while Putin has real power in the country.

We argue that the dismantling of the Putin regime, turning the country into the channel of democratic development can only begin with the deprivation of Putin of all levers of government and society.

We argue that over the years of his reign, Putin has turned into a symbol of a ruthless in relation to his own citizens of a corrupt and unpredictable country. The countries in which citizens are powerless and in the overwhelming mass are poor. Countries that have no ideals or the future.

If, as the Kremlin propagandists like to repeat, Russia during the time of Yeltsin kneel down, then Putin and his guardsmen laid her face in the mud.


In the mud of contempt with power, not only the rights and freedoms of the individual, but also the human life itself.

In the mud of a fake and helpless imitation of political and public institutions - from the bureaucratic phantom of United Russia to the “ours of” Putinogen.

In the mud of the decaying minds and souls of television obscurantism, turning all one of the most educated peoples into a soulless and immoral crowd.

In the mud of total theft and corruption, flowing from the very top of the Russian government. Without many years of Motion Putin, neither the financial empires of the Near Circle - Abramovich, Timchenko, Kovalchuk, Rotenberg could exist; Neither parasitic state corporations of friends are these black holes of the Russian economy.

Having begun his ascent with the epoch-making “to wet in the toilet”, Putin has been using this universal “instrument” of the country's management, which has been especially effective in relationships with political opponents and business competitors, has been using this universal “tool” for nearly eleven years.

Any political, social or economic disagreement is immediately suppressed: at best, administrative restrictions, and often riot police, criminal prosecutions, physical violence and even murders. Putin actually proved that he will destroy his personal opponents with all available means.

During the time on the top of state power Putin, everything that could be failed. Pension and administrative reforms have been diluted, reforms of the army, special services, law enforcement and judicial systems were not carried out, domestic health care remains in a miserable state.

The decline in education and science, given to the dealers from the cooperative “Lake”, reached such a level that in the “titans” of Russian scientific thought to enable characters like Petrik and Gryzlov.

For ten years, the boom of prices for hydrocarbon raw materials and metals could be used to modernize the country and structural transformations in the economy. That is why it turned out to be so ruthless for Russia the blow of the global crisis, which is far from complete for it.

Being the appointed successor of Yeltsin, Putin not only could not correct the fatal mistakes made by his predecessor and extinguish the Caucasian fire, but managed to translate him into a new quality that could undermine the country's integrity.

“Kursk”, “Nord-Ost”, Beslan, tens of thousands of those who died in the internecine second Caucasian war, who lost their lives from technogenic disasters, who burned down in the nursing and disabled houses that have not been adapted for human residence, dozens of killed journalists, human rights activists, political opponents of the regime and just victims of sadistic police officers-all this Monuments of the time of Putin's rule. Unsolved secrets of the conception of the Putin regime remain Basayev’s campaign in Dagestan, explosions of houses in Moscow and Volgodonsk, “exercises” in Ryazan.

Putin's inability to strategic thinking has not surprised anyone for a long time. He was not allowed to foresee what the world will be in ten to fifteen years, what place in this changing world should and can take Russia. He is not able to evaluate the real threats and risks for the country, which means that he is not able to correctly plan the directions of the possible movement, to determine potential allies and opponents.

A vivid illustration of such a short -sighted policy is the recent capitulant agreements with China, which, from the light hand of Putin, actually imprison the Celestial East and Eastern Siberia.

Putin’s misunderstanding of the future is also evidenced by his manic passion for laying oil and gas pipes in all conceivable and inconceivable directions, initiating ambitious-and-cost projects (like the Sochi Olympics or bridge to the island of Russian), which are absolutely contraindicated in the country where a significant part of the population lives beyond the poverty line.

Having moved from the presidential chair to the prime minister’s apartments and leaving the obedient locomotive in the Kremlin with the same “blood group” with him-the modern Simeon Bekbulatovich-Putin created the frankly anticonstitutional structure of the lifelong administration of the country.

Obviously, Putin will never voluntarily give up power in Russia. His firm determination to rule for life is moved not so much by the thirst for power itself, but by a fear of responsibility for what was done. For the Russian people, it is humiliating, and for the country it is mortally dangerous to have such a ruler as Putin. Russia will not be able to carry this cross further.

The Putin group losing the soil under the feet at any time from point repressions can go to massive. We warn law enforcement officers and law enforcement agencies: do not go against your people, do not follow the criminal orders of corrupt officials when they send you to kill for Putin, Sechin, Deripaska ...

Today, a nationwide requirement at rallies from Vladivostok to Kaliningrad should be the call “Putin - to exit!”. Getting rid of Putinism is the first, but mandatory step towards the new free Russia.
