Two steps away

The agreement on the property of the Union State of Russia and Belarus is ready for signing, said Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov following a meeting with his Belarusian colleague Sergei Sidorsky. Three documents aimed at ensuring equal rights for citizens of Russia and Belarus (on freedom of movement, social security and medical care) are also ready for signing. Russia's contribution to the Union budget in 2006 is planned at 1.76 billion Russian rubles. Belarus' contribution is almost twice as modest - 948 million rubles.
