The Prime Minister predictably became Nikolai Azarov, Sergey Tigipko-Deputy Prime Minister with vague powers and responsibilities. Perhaps he personifies the “reform” in this government, and all others, led by Azarov, carry out the desired “stability”. If the reforms, in fact, will occur (which is not a fact), the whole negativity will go to the “reformer”, and the rest - most of them unknown “technical” characters will remain with their “stability”.

It seems that the only hitch when announcing the composition of the office at the preliminary “meeting” Yanukovych with his faction happened when the line reached the Minister of Foreign Affairs. The name of the new minister was not in the list of Azarov, apparently, “Poroshenko’s problem” as a figure in all respects compromised was solved until the last moment. But, ultimately, Yanukovych named the name of Konstantin Grishchenko, the Ukrainian ambassador in Moscow. Thus, the priorities of the foreign policy of the new office were finally determined.

Anatoly Mogilev, who had previously headed the Crimean administration and has long sue with former minister Yuri Lutsenko, became the newly appointed Minister of the Interior. In a recent interview with the Ukrainian “expert”, the head of the “Stability and Reform” cabinet, Nikolai Azarov made it clear that the new government was not going to reduce taxes, but intends to “increase social standards”. So “Reforms on Azarov” are likely to be reduced to “VAT schemes” more familiar to the former tax authority. And the Ukrainian voter who had previously used to be socialism will probably accept this reincarnation of the government of Kuchma sample 2003-2004 for “stability”.

The Minister of Education and Science of Dmitry Tabachnik has a strong reputation of “Ukrainophoba”, other “actors and performers” have no new reputation, there is only a title “extension”: “such and such a person of such and such.” This government has already christened the “government of interests”, as for the keyword “stability”, while everything goes as planned: without politicians and ... without politics.
