Three people detained on April 8 at a rally of solidarity with truckers in St. Petersburg were released. Public defender Dinar Idrisov said this to OVD-Info.
According to post a Facebook by Konstantin Sinitsyn, Elena Osipova and Igor Andreev were released with protocols under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, procession or picketing, part not specified).
Dinar Idrisov said that Konstnatin Yershov was released with a protocol under Part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer) and 17.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Violation of the procedure for the official use of state symbols of the Russian Federation).
At the same time, in St. Petersburg there is another detainee after this action, Idrisov said - Alexei Bolgarov.
