And sells Dynamo in recent years exclusively in Zenit. And always one of the leaders.
First, the Portuguese Danny left Moscow to St. Petersburg, then Igor Semshov, and now the blue and white broke up with Alexander Kerzhakov. Just two years ago, they bought him from Seville after long and difficult negotiations ... No, not with the Spaniards, but just with Zenit, from where Alexander left for the Pyrenees (according to the terms of the transfigure, the Petersburgers could block the transition of his former striker to any Russian club). But, apparently, Dynamo at Zenit was not considered a direct competitor and gave the go -ahead for a deal. Kerzhakov concluded a three -year contract with the new club, which after the expiration of two seasons did not want to extend. And the ambitious sports plans of the club, who has a sponsor now-VTB, conflicts with business planes. Kerzhakov had to either sell now or release at the end of the season, after the expiration of the contract - for free. The amount of the transaction is intensively kept secret, but it seems that it outweighs 2 million pounds paid for Andrei Voronin. And Kerzhakov bought from Spain for almost € 5 million ...

The New Times talked with the “Return” on the eve of his club departure to the first pre -season fee in the UAE.

So at first Zenit made you a proposal to return or Dynamo - to extend the contract?
We can say that this happened almost simultaneously. Zenit came to me two months before the end of the championship. The season, admittedly, was unsuccessful, and I thought about changing the situation. Therefore, he refused to cooperate with Dynamo further. Moreover, he immediately warned the leadership that if it intends to sell me, then in Russia I can only go to one team - so that no useless negotiations were led to anyone.

Did Dynamo not have levers to hold you?
We did not get into European competitions - what was the point of lingering for another year? It so happened that I moved from Seville to Dynamo, but Moscow during this time did not become my hometown. A proposal was received to return home - our movement with Zenit to meet each other was mutual. With Dynamo, I behaved honestly - they answered me the same. Although some were probably offended in the club, but I will somehow survive it.

However, with Zenit at one time you also parted not very kindly?
Then it was a completely different “Zenith” - now there are new ones in the club and the president and the head coach. Yes, in 2006, not everyone wanted to see me in that team, and I decided to leave. By the way, the UEFA Cup with Seville won, and indeed gained an indispensable experience. And I do not regret any of my transition. He worked everywhere in a conscience, including going on a field in a Dynamo T -shirt against Zenit. Professionals, you know, are not up to sentiment. Now I will try to score the Dynamo for Zenit. Now, if I forgot how to beat well on goal, then there would be no offers, most likely, there were no proposals. By the way, I have already heard statements that I put some ultimatums in Dynamo-they say, sell me, I won’t play for you anyway. So, this was not. There was a demand, there was a proposal, understanding was found, in my opinion, everyone should be satisfied. And then - life will show who was right. Maybe the updated Dynamo will really become a champion, or maybe I will win with Zenit. They, after Seville, also took UEFA Cup, so my departure, it turns out, benefited. Now it's time to join forces.
But Dynamo does not want to be only a supplier of players for Zenit: the club has plans to return to the Igor Semshov team. Moreover, at first, it was even about his exchange for Kerzhakov, but the unequal terms of contracts affected: Semshov at the end of 2009 “signed up” at once for four years, and the “offers” could not be made. But since the new head coach of St. Petersburg, Italian, Luciano, Spaleni, was not yet seen by his players in the case, he has not yet seen the collection, he will already meet Kerzhakov, Semshov and the rest in the Emirates. And then Spaletti is definitely not up to sentiments and complex relationships between our two capitals and clubs. The new Dynamo President Yuri Isaev characterizes the situation as a pause. Therefore, Semshov, who himself seems to be not averse to returning to Moscow, you can only wish you not to please the Italian coach.
Then Dynamo will definitely turn out to be a winter champion in transfers.
